Picturesque 1BR in Legacy Villas near Main Pool #A

Our day was sensational. We would absolutely rent again. Beautiful property.

Very nice place. We loved it. We will definitely be back. The grounds, pools, atmosphere, and staff were fantastic. Unit was well furnished and stocked. It is, howevin need of deep cleaning and minor repairs. Tiles in entry, kitchen and bathroom were dirty to the point where it blackened socks or bare feet. Carpet in high traffic areas is stained from ground in grime. Needs to be steam cleaned. Water leaking from the fridge evaporator pan or line is staining the carpet bordering kitchen and started to break it down. Ceiling fan blades, housing, HVAC vent covers had a layer of grime and dust bunnies. Top of the refrigerator was coated in grease and dust balls. Window casements, trim, sills were very dirty. The gasket in the window in the dining area needs to be replaced. It is damaged and not seated. It’s preventing the window from sealing and locking properly. Wall in bathroom above vanity mirror was covered in dust balls as were the bathroom window shutters. Couch slip covers were badly stained and smelled. Decor elements and light fixtures needed dusting/wiping down. Walls need touch up painting from about 5 feet down here and there in high traffic areas. Mosquitoes present in the unit when we entered and we each had multiple bug bites by morning. Screens on the windows might be something to consider. The unit in and of itself though is wonderful. Everyone and everything was wonderful. No complaints Just my preface not a complaint would like to have had a couple of plastic bowls with lids to put leftovers in but or maybe tinfoil plastic wrap. But every thing was clean and beautiful thank you so much

Nice cozy place with a great location.

There was major landscaping going on each day we were there. Chainsaws, mulch grinder, electric hedgers, leaf blowers. I thought I would be sitting around the main pool but we had to leave the grounds, it was way too loud and the workers were there. After the workers left at the end of the day the pool water and area was filthy. We went to a small pool in the back of the complex but the water was too cold. :/ HOA’s always post their work schedule. I’m not sure why they would rent to us at this time and take our money for it. When I texted the property manager about this they didn’t respond… The complex is lovely-but didn’t get to enjoy it. The unit is nice but the deck was too loud to enjoy. This was a loss for us. Although the weather was amazing!
