Piazza Santa Croce - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4

Fantastic stay. This apartment was great for me and my partner. We wanted to be able to just pop out and wander to a restaurant or bar, and this was the perfect spot for that.From the airport to the tram and then the bus ride or walk to the airport is super smooth.Check in was an easy process and the place was spotless. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful location, beautiful views, and a great property management team. The AC was difficult to get running but once property managers fixed the problem it worked well. The keys and entrance to the property were the only other problem. Something about the function of the locks was off so it was very easy to get locked out if you were not careful. They need a new locking mechanism. The beautiful apartment and incredible location were worth the few odd things about the property.

Really enjoued the property, especially the location. No surprises from the listing and would stay there again.

We arrived from Rome for a week-long stay in Florence and really loved the location on Santa Croce Plaza. It was within walking distance to the sites and being on the 4th floor offered great views. There were four adults and we all had a great place to sleep and the apartments was exactly as it was advertised and pictured. We loved our stay and would recommend this apartment highly highlyhighly

Very lovely welcome, enjoyed 5 days there in late August. Beautiful double bedroom looking at St Croce church and the piazza below. It's fun to step out of the entry hall onto the piazza and easy access walking around the city from there. It's quiet enough to get a good nights sleep, but the pillows were the worst I've ever had anywhere- seriously. The twin mattresses would not be acceptable to most travelers. I can't speak for the double. OK, so the layout of the twin room is pretty weird, super narrow room, which leads into an even narrower bathroom- like 4 feet maybe?- although quite long- that is obviously an adapted attic space, and there are two steps up and down again once you go into the bathroom. The bathtub situation is difficult to navigate, even being nimble and slender. The other bathroom is off the living room, so the person in the double bedroom walks down a hall to get to that bathroom. This place is not suitable for anyone who is not highly mobile due to the steep stairs leading up to the apartment. There is a lift to the 3rd floor but you still have to climb a final flight, and it's tough with bags due to the steepness and narrow passageway. We still loved our stay and had a great time. Our hosts were exceedingly responsive and helpful. Check in was super warm and friendly. The AC worked great (in August). Picky people would not like it, but travelers who are open to some quirkiness of old renovated buildings may like it and the price is sure right.

The communication was superb! We even forgot our keys and was out in at midnight. The beds are not the best and be ready to wait for the AC to take a minute to cool it down. The main bedroom overlooks the Basilica of Santa Croce. To us, it looked like the twin room did. The only problem was VRBO let me down with it not taking the money. Inwasnt notified by anyone and showed up with them ready to take payment.
