Enjoy the ease of 2 designated parking spots! Enter your middle unit (#1) on the first floor using a secure lock code. Let's maintain a serene atmosphere for all guests in nearby units by being considerate of all neighbors.

The Neighborhood:

Compared to other areas in Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach is less developed and generally quieter, offering a more hushed atmosphere. During the bustling summer season, the distinction might be less noticeable. Nonetheless, you're still conveniently close to the beach, and Main Street, featuring many shopping, entertainment, and dining options is merely a few minutes' drive from your location. Be sure to check out neighborhood favorite, Melt Ice Cream!



Getting Around:

While we strongly advise renting a car for transportation, alternative options like taxis and Ubers are available.



***Take Hwy for easy access from every direction to the beach and all main attractions.***

Parking at the beach: Between March 1 – October 1, 2022 a daily parking fee of $2 per hour will be in place from 9 a.m.- 5.pm. in public parking lots on either side of Ocean Boulevard. You can download the Passport Parking app and pay directly from your phone.

    Unfinished flooring under the cabinets and closet allowed access for palmetto bugs. Hot water did not last long enough in the shower. We stayed for 2 months while we were waiting to move into our home.

    Property was clean and the check-in process was easy. The location is what did it for me. We simply walked across Ocean Blv to a beach access directly in front of this property. It is small but worked fine fire my husband and myself. However, if anyone has been with us, we would def have been cramped. Also, it started there was a grill. We had planned to cookout several times. There was a campground charcoal grill in the ground that served all three units. Not what I expected at all. Overall, it was a very good stay. We would def go back.

    Well maintained condo across the street from the beach. We enjoyed staying there for the weekend while our son played at north Myrtle Beach sports complex. Close to everything. Easy communication with property owner although there were really no issues to work through.

    Stayed from march 28th to april 4th. Left 3 days early because there were roaches present everyday. Water seeped in the dining area after a half day of rain . 2ft x 4ft puddle. Management company was reactive but the results were the same. Under supplied kitchen if you want to cook the least bit. Had to ask for a decent knife to prep vegetables, a can opener and wine glasses that were supplied quickly upon request. Just not a relaxing and pleasant experience. Steps from the beach. We do.not recommend.
