Our studio apartment is just a 5 minute walk to historic downtown Durango and all of the downtown restaurants, shops and entertainment including the famous Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad and Museum. The apartment is also less then a 10 minute walk to Santa Rita Parkand the Animas River (with great fishing and a 5 mile trail along the river).

The apartment includes a fully stocked kitchen, WIFI, Washer/dryer, one assigned off street parking space next to the apartment and a window AC Unit in the summer and fall. A King bed, Smart TV with cable and deck with views round out the full compliment of amenities included.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $50 per stay.

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.
