PET FRIENDLY -- BAY VIEW -- DOWNTOWN

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and the place is great! It’s very cozy and you feel right at home. The location is also perfect and very walkable to the boardwalk and many other attractions and restaurants. We look forward to staying here again next year thanks again!

Perfect location, 1 block from the bay, 3 blocks from boardwalk/beach. Everything was exactly as listed. You should call security before you get there and park on the street, my only suggestion. Perfect little place, communication was exceptional. Parking is the only issue. Great place

We absolutely love this property, it is a gem! It is always clean, and cozy. It is also located at the perfect spot near a beautiful park, the bay, the boardwalk, and entertainment/ activities, as well as dining close by.

I absolutely love this unit. This is my 3rd time staying here with my dog. This year my best friend came along. She also loved it! The proximity to the bay, the beach, and the Boardwalk (along with it being dog friendly) make it the perfect place to stay!

This place don't provide towels, sheets, soap.Be prepared

This location was perfect, walking distance to everything. We loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and the evenings. Will definitely book again

If it's possible, this listing was even better than described. It was one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed, and the location was absolutely perfect...less than 10 minutes to the boardwalk. It was super quiet, too. For such a small space, there were a ton of outlets and many shelves to store our belongings. The balcony and rocking chairs were the icing on the cake. We will definitely rent this property again!

What more can you say about great location close to everything yet quiet area park is across the street. I1 block from fishing from the bay on one side 2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk.

The check in process was simple. The room was GREAT! Location is perfect for families! Overall best way experience I’ve had In O.C the room was the best! Thank you
