Perfect Seaview Apartment just 150m from the beach, Large Dining Terrace

Excellent apartment, location and service thank you.

What a beautiful place we found at Sunshine Villa! The blue, blue, blue of the Adriatic greeting us each morning, and lulling us to sleep at night. The apartment was sparkling clean, and well stocked with the basics. It was beautifully decorated. A true treasure!

The property was excellently located and very clean. Contact with the management agent was efficient and friendly. They made themselves readily available for advice. Overall a lovely property with a great sea view and a very short walk to the excellent Punta Rata beach

We really liked the apartment and location and the only negative was that you didn’t change the towels our the bed linen during the two weeks stay. You should at least have changed it once during our stay, but beside that everything was perfect.

The apartment was great, with a big terrace and great view. Properly equipped with everything you need. Antonia, the contact person in Brela, was great. The drains needed to be cleaned, other than that everything was perfect.

We stayed here for a week toward the end of September and had a great time. The apartment is located very close to the water with several sets of stairs leading directly to the beach. The facilities were very clean and had all the items needed to prepare your own food as well as satellite, A/C, large refrigerator... ect. The beaches here are not sandy but are made up of small smooth rocks and amazingly clear water that is really impressive. Several restaurants are located within walking distance as well as small grocery store. There is a walkway running the entire length of the water front that allows you to walk into the heart of Brela. There you can find several grocery stores, bakeries and plenty of restaurants (our favourite being Konoba Feral for delicious seafood). There are also several small restaurants/ bars located along the water front that provide meals as well as drinks to enjoy the sunshine or the beautiful sunsets. There are also plenty of hiking trails in the mountains that run right behind the apartment and plenty of activities to keep you busy for a week. We visited Dubrovnik which is located 2 ½ hours south of Brela and is a fantastic city to visit and spend the day. Islands are also available directly off the coast with plenty of history, after consulting the guide books we ended up taking a catamaran for a 1 hour ride to the island of Hvar. We had a great time and would definitely visit again.

We didn't know what to expect and we must say, but were pleasantly surprised upon our arrival. Frankly put absolutely outstanding. The building consisted of 5-apartments, each with balconies facing the Adriatic Sea. Our arrival was in conjunction with the coming of the full moon, which was an absolute breathtaking experience. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained and includes everything one needs while on vacation (oven, stove, refrigerator, washer/dryer, kitchen utensils, linen, “WIFI…yes wifi”, and air condition. The neighborhood where the residence is located is clean and orderly and the neighbors (we met a few), are polite and helpful. We found the city of Brela to be an excellent choice for our vacation. The landscape, views, and available activities within walking distance from the apartment, adds to the lure of this region. Less than hours' drive, you have Krka National Park that has a wonderful waterfall…you can wade in the water; natural streams and a walking trail to view the nature of the park. You're also a 90-minute drive from Dubrovnik, which, of course, is the location where many scenes from the TV Series Game of Thrones was shot, and is an absolute must see/do location. Additionally, Brela has a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, bars, pubs and beach activities that guarantees a wonderful vacation experience for all. We HIGHLY recommend Property 412616 to everyone; as that we intend to make this an annual vacation spot. We're already planning our next trip.
