This was the perfect space for my husband and I. It is perfectly placed just a nice stroll to the downtown shops and waterfront. The apartment itself was very clean and well furnished.

River View was a great place to stay in Beaufort! It felt like a home away from home! Nice and clean, and all the amenities of your own apartment!!! We will return!

Quite cozy, just far enough away from the commotion, but not too far for a short bike ride downtown.

Fantastic stay. Lean. Great communication. My only issue and its at many stays,,toilet couldnt be any smaller or close to floor. Im 6'2, not easy!! Again many places choose tjis size for some reason.

The location was perfect for us. The space is clean and cozy. We felt safe. Even the foldout couch was comfortable. The odor from the cigar lounge downstairs was the only fault I could find.

Quaint 1 bedroom room condo. Well maintained. Stocked with most common things needed. We had some issues with the pillows options either too thick and hard or too soft and thin but that’s a personal preference.

The location was wonderful, and the apartment was well stocked. The Magnolia restaurant below is terrific also.

Loved location and very clean. Sofa very broken down and stove burners are crooked and drip pans were dirty. Had to buy fry pan as pans pretty beat up.

As my husband said well-The Amenities! Also, for myself the truly old town atmosphere of the structure/home's history built well many years past. The next door cafe was amazingly convenient

The apartment was very clean and the manager will go out of his way to help you with anything. It is in walking distance of the waterfront park and all the shops and restaurants. I loved my stay and will definitely book again.

The apartment is cozy, clean and in a great location. Enjoyed walking and exploring at the downtown Waterfront Park and Marina area. Walking on the beach at Hunting Island State Park was very pleasant! We also enjoyed food at Magnolia Cafe in the same building. The Heaven's Treasures Thrift Store nearby had great buys!

We had a nice stay. The apartment was quite quaint and centrally located! Had all the amenities you might need! Very close to Parris Island where we were going to see a friend’s son graduate as a Marine.

Well decorated and was well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels/washcloths and clean bedsheets. Always comfortable with A/C temp. Just blocks from main shopping areas and the waterfront.

The property is nice but the first night was so hot because it took a while to cool down the apartment. Also, there is no accessibility for anyone with physical limitations that should be mentioned as 2 flights of stairs were required to get inside.

Great place to stay! Loved the vibes, amenities, location. Walked to dinner each night. Took morning strolls through the historical neighborhoods. Perfect spot between the islands and functional shopping areas. Great size for a couple. Can't wait to stay again!

Cute apartment - we were in town for a wedding and it was nice to be so close to Magnolia cafe and downtown. Love Beaufort - so cozy and the people are so friendly! The apartment had everything we needed. There isn't a door on the bedroom - just a curtain. Didn't bother us, but others might mind. Met the owner one day and she was super accommodating!

Very easy directions and instructions. Close enough to downtown to walk and to use the on-site bikes. Right next to the ocean and marshes. This is above a cafe and a cigar shop but neither were open when we were around. Sleep, shower and relax at end of evening was what the place was used for this trip.

Well-equipped, clean and comfortable, in a pleasant neighborhood, and with a lovely view of the water. A welcome packet that includes precise instructions for the apartment and information about the area. Appliances and climate control that function. Clean bathroom. Plenty of towels, soaps, etc. Owner available for questions or problems. Easy to reach all attractions in the area whether by foot or car. Beaufort is a beautiful town and we enjoyed our vacation here.

Beaufort is such a quaint area. The Riverwalk was a great location. We would stay again. We were a bit disappointed in the communication with the owner’s daughter. We reached out with questions two times. The first time took several attempts for an answer. The second question was never answered. We had looked forward to day exploring the town on bikes but they were gone the morning after we arrived for the remainder of our stay. Definitely not a deal changer though. Beautiful town!

Great place to stay!

Property and amenities were just as advertised. Other reviews are spot on concerning uncomfortable bedroom mattress and tight parking. We survived both and very much enjoyed our stay. Never really had to communicate with the owners, other than following instructions in the app.

Nice, little one bedroom apartment did the trick. Great location, easy access to Old Town. Having access to the bicycles was a bonus so that we didn’t have to worry about parking.The mattress was comfortable after a long day of sightseeing and the Magnolia Cafe downstairs is amazing. The decor could use a little updating as it is looking a little tired, but other than that, this gem served all of our needs and more. We would stay here again if we visit at a later date.Thanks for the hospitality .

We enjoyed our stay and the host was very helpful in getting our laptop we left, back.

This property was in a great location. The hostest was amazing, she had an issue that came up fixed quickly and was so nice about the whole process. I wished I could have used the bikes and state park pass that were available with this rental. Next time for sure.

This apartment is simply great. Everything you need is there. It is a great location for access to the waterfront. I will definitely stay again in another trip to the low country.

This place was amazing. Perfect location to Parris Island which was the reason for our stay but it was also walking distance to downtown Beaufort or biking distance with the bikes provided. We would recommend 100%
