Four of us fit well. Easy place to be, with good access to town

Perfect apartment for our weekend getaway in Beaufort to visit friends. This apartment had everything we needed and more. Beds were comfy, kitchen was clean, TV worked great and we could walk into town or to our friends' house on Pigeon Point. We had been traveling for more than a week when we got there so the washing machine/dryer was like a cherry on top of an already delicious dessert. Would definitely stay again. Thank you so much!

The location was perfect. However, we might have chosen another rental if we were aware that the unit was upstairs.

Super cute apt! Had everything we needed from the kitchen to the bathroom! Will definitely look into booking here again for our annual Beaufort trip!

This was a home away from home. 2 bedrooms, kitchen fully stocked, comfortable living room. 2 bikes are provided to ride to downtown or surrounding historic district-so many dining options. The free pass to the beach was well used. Looking forward to next trip there

The location is at the edge of downtown making it quiet but walkable, about 12 minutes walk to the downtown marina and restaurants. Not once were we 2 ladies concerned about our safety and we are both danger aware from larger cities. The kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils and appliances you need including coffee, tea, creamer, filters etc. The shared laundry includes detergent. The 2 bedrooms gave us privacy for different sleep schedules at an affordable rate. My daughter raved about how comfortable the queen in the larger bedroom was. I was fine with the double bed and pillows. It also includes beach towels -for Hunting Island beach, (the free passes were such a nice perk), not across the street, hair dryer, shampoos, conditioners. Be aware it is a little hike up the stairs with luggage if you have any disabilities. Everything is very convenient, even sojourns into the various islands. The National Cemetery is a short walk away. We had a 5 night stay and it was the perfect solution for us.

We love staying here (this was our 3rd time). It is close to downtown, easy to get to the islands. This is our go-to place when we go to Beaufort.

Excellent communication prior to our stay. Great location! Place was clean, private and secure. Kitchen well equipped. We enjoyed our stay so much that we stayed extra days. Arranging additional days to our rental was easy to do. It was convenient to the main part of town yet far enough away for peace and quiet. The bikes provided were an added bonus! There were a couple of things that we felt could be improved. The condo, especially the furnishings, need to be updated. The couch was very worn in living room. The AC unit worked well in one bedroom but not very well in the other one. We plan on visiting area a few times in the next year or so and we’ll definitely consider this property when booking lodging!

Everything was wonderful! The bikes have been upgraded and were so much fun to ride downtown. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Parking was fine—we decided to park in the gravel lot behind the bistro since the space dedicated to the rental was tiny (I’ll take the 10 extra steps to avoid my car’s paint getting chipped). The AC units worked really well and the shower was glorious. Highly recommended!

We have stayed here many times and, as usual, things were clean, comfortable and convenient. Excellent in every way!

Parking was great, The size of the apt was great, Cafe below a plus and walking to town wonderful. Beds very comfortable. Host, check in and out all pluses. It would be a total 5 star stay if the furniture was a bit up dated, I like the whole idea of quaint and cozy, but the sofa was too uncomfortable/shabby to watch TV. Everything else is a recommendation.

This location is lovely inside. It is well furnished with a few extra nice touches as well. The parking is tight and although marked clearly we were parked out a couple times by the cigar shop customers and yelled at by the cigar shop proprietor when his spot was used by us for an hour when packing to leave. I would recommend this location

Our stay was wonderful! We walked to the shops and restaurants every day. The beds were comfortable, bathroom clean and perfect, plenty of towels, comfortable livingroom, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful girls trip!

Always a great place to stay!

The outside of the property was a bit concerning at first and the parking was tight but the apartment was great and suited our needs for our stay during our son’s graduation from Parris Island. The property owner was excellent and attentive! Clean apartment and was just what we needed for our quick stay.

Great place. Only negative was one of the bedrooms AC unit did not cool well. Other than that it was great.

We stayed here while in town for Marine Family Day and Graduation and couldn’t have been happier with the property. It was in a perfect location, with easy walking distance to shops and restaurants in town and a quick, stress-free drive to Parris Island.Check-in and check-out were seamless thanks to clear and detailed instructions. The check-out list was simple and not over the top, which we appreciated. The welcome binder was super helpful, and the included park pass was a great bonus. We used it to explore Hunting Island, which was absolutely beautiful.We were pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the pullout sofa. It was genuinely comfortable. There were plenty of pillows and blankets available to use as well. And I didn't need my chiropractor once we got home :-DThe area was peaceful, the AC kept everything cool, and the WiFi was strong enough to keep our teenager happy. Overall, it was a great stay and we’d definitely recommend it to other families.

Would stay again -- the state park pass was a nice perk.

The location was perfect - close to everthing and walking distance to lots of fun restaurants and fun things to do.

Easy to find and enter property. Well stocked kitchen even though we didnt use it except to make coffee.Convenient and near town . Comfortable and cozy.

We loved the location. We could walk/bike to everything. The unit was perfect for our needs and would stay here again. The only thing I caution is the parking spot is extremely tight and if cars are already on either side, you may not fit in your assigned spot. Was happy for a parking spot and very happy for the free parking pass at Huntington Park. Thank you for a great stay.

The rental was great. Everything was just as advertised. Having a cafe and bakery done below made it excellent. Easy walk to uptown. Will be staying again next spring!

This is our 2nd time staying and we enjoyed exploring Beaufort again! The apartment is so close to downtown, has all the amenities you need, great price and safe neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

The location was very good. The bikes are rusty and in poor condition, but I was able to use them to explore downtown Beaufort from this location. Everything worked fine in the unit and we did not really hear any noise from the cafe or smoking lounge and we did not smell any smoke.

We stayed at this property for part of our round trip. We enjoyed our stay very much. Especially the Hunting beach state park pass. The apartment has a feel of coming home to grandma and grandpa. We did have some problems with the included bicycles but it got resolved quickly by the owners. It has a great location. You can easily walk to the town center. Other stores and gas stations are located just 5 minutes away. The apartment has everything you need. The only cons from our side were: it is located above a cafe, which gets early morning deliveries and it can quite noisy. The apartment could use some updates such as a new couch and bikes. Other than that we would definitely rent again.

Great property! The location was perfect for the weekend moving our college student in. We could walk to dorms and loved the availability of extra parking since we had 2 vehicles the first night. Will for sure look to see if this place or their other one is available when we come to visit.

This place was awesome! My daughter is stationed there and I went to visit. It was perfect we each had our own rooms, and having a stocked kitchen was huge for us. I was able to cook and only needed to get groceries and spices. We were able to do laundry which was awesome I didn't have to bring back dirty clothes and was able to get my daughters done as well so she didn't have to worry about it when she was back on base. We used the beach pass and loved it. Great stay, great location would definitely stay again.
