Indian Rocks Beach is one of the premier beaches on the Gulf Coast. There are miles of sand with plenty of public beach access points, though here at our beach oasis, you have your private access. There are quaint shops and restaurants, activities for all ages, water sport rentals and more... all within a short distance.

This is very central to all that Indian Rocks Beach has to offer. There are a ton of beachy restaurants and bars, ice cream shops and boutique shops in the area, all very close to this property. If you don`t have a car, there is plenty you can access. Uber and Lyft are readily accessible if needed. We are about 30 minutes from the Tampa Airport and about 25 minutes from St Pete/Clearwater Airport. We are about 30 minutes from downtown St Pete where you can explore the Pier, shopping, museums and more.
This unit is located in the back of the beachfront building — please take a look at the photos so you know exactly what to expect. You won`t have a direct ocean-facing window from the unit, but you are only steps from the Gulf via the private gated beach access, and the shared beachfront patio is right there for you to enjoy anytime. It`s a peaceful, quiet retreat in a prime location — the best of both worlds.

- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.

    By looking at the pictures I was expecting to be in one of the units Oceanside but was on the back side of the condo unit. It was still just a walk to the front of the building to get to the beach. The unit faced the busy street directly across from a restaurant with a band, but they stopped at 10pm. It was a great location to walk to several restaurants and stores. I would have liked to see a better patio area for our unit and was concerned about the 4x4 holding up the front corner balcony and the tarp on the roof. I understand repairs were most likely still under way from past hurricanes. Just glad to be so close to the beach.

    Overall a great condo! I believe there are 8ish condos in the building. We stayed in the condo closest to the road. We would’ve preferred one not closest to the road. Regardless, we would have still booked knowing that information.To sum it up- condo is a little older, but very clean. Had the basics available to us- coffee pot, toilet paper, paper towel, basic kitchen/bath items.No dishwasher, but we didn’t mind. Washer and dryer was nice to have, but the dryer was only able to dry small loads of clothes at a time. The walkway to the beach is easily accessible, super easy access to the beach. Beautiful beachfront. It was really nice having beach chairs provided for use. Free parking for one vehicle was nice. Near plenty of bars and shops within walking distance. Lots of “Jolly Trolly” bus stops nearby for cheap transportation further north or south. Crabby bills is a cool spot, right across the street and has live music every night until 10. Some bands are very loud. It wasn’t a problem for our family because we’re up until at least 10 every night. I could see how this would be an issue for families with young children and anyone who prefers an earlier bedtime. The road that goes past the condo is very busy, surprisingly wasn’t too loud at night. All but one window had a screen on it. Would’ve been nice if a few other windows had screens for fresh air. The host was very responsive with questions.Overall a great place, would highly recommend!

    The location is amazing, didn't really need a car, just rented bikes. This condo is on the beach but does not have an attached beachfront patio. There is a community space that is beach front tho. Very clean and stalked very well. Would definitely stay again.

    Loved being able to walk out the door and be on the beach. The place is close to all the restaurants and shops. Some things could be updated, but overall clean with a very comfortable king sized bed. The owner was very easy to work with.
