Perfect for a group getaway to see the Motor Race!

The View is a terrific house that is perfectly located. It's an easy drive into Denton yet feels out of the way. The property of perfectly situated with beautiful sunsets, amazing view of wading birds, and a perfect breeze on the back porch. We all felt welcome, relaxed, and had plenty of privacy. Thank you!

We came for a swim meet and celebrate our daughter's birthday. Our stay was a lot of fun with puzzles and games!

This was perfect for the whole family with lots of space inside and out. Our grandson even caught a large mouth bass! Thank country setting so close to Denton was incredible!

This was our 3rd or 4th time to stay at this particular location. It is a perfect spot for a girls' getaway. The hot tub is perfect and the view from the back porch is a breath of fresh air. With the new roadway going in nearby, there is a bit more traffic than previous stays, but the view has been preserved! The house is clean and spacious and provides a good variety of kitchen tools/dishes. The property manager is very accommodating and quick to respond. We are already planning our next stay! :)

Very relaxing location with a great view for that area.

If you need a place for your family to gather and don’t want to stay in multiple hotel rooms or in town, this is the place for you. It has plenty of seating and the kitchen is large and well stocked. We have stayed here twice and have enjoyed both times.

This house was perfect! Quiet setting but close to the lineman college. Enjoyed our evenings on the back deck. There was family from Albuquerque, California and Texas. It comfortably accommodated all of us! 100% recommend. 100% would stay here again.

This was a great place. It was very roomy, clean and comfortable . Great open kitchen and living space. Nice deck overlooking the open field and neighboring cows and horses. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and set up for a family wedding.

The property is fine, but there is some deferred maintenance. The hot tub cover was the only item in poor shape. The overall condition of the home's interior is just OK, with lots of little items were just average. I actually fixed the door to the deck, as the doorknob was falling off (1 loose screw, one stripped screw). Furniture was pretty worn (not worn out, but getting pretty close). Nothing was horribly wrong, just not as nice as we expected from the pictures. A better description of access would also be appreciated, as Google maps doesn't understand the site well and there is a metal gate with fake chain lock that we were unaware of.
