Perfect Family or multi family Getaway!

Spacious and so comfortable. Pool was a great treat as it was 104 a couple of days. Will stay again. Highly recommend. Location is great, feel like you are in the country, but close to mostly everything.

The view from the house is beautiful. The property sits on a hill that overlooks Denton County. Our family was in Denton for a funeral and the weather was extremely cold so we weren’t able to enjoy the pool and hot tub.

We enjoyed an early Thanksgiving at the Dry Fork Ranch with our Texas family and friends. Not only was the property very accommodating when cooking and prepping Thanksgiving dinner, there was plenty of seating and gave me all the Holiday feel with two decorated Christmas trees! We absolutely loved our stay and the beautiful “country” sunsets that was suprisingly minutes to our friends and shopping! Thank you for sharing this home. I will be planning another stay here!

We all loved the property. We are all seniors so there was a couple of issues in the hall bath. There is a tub with no grip on the bottom and no grab bars for a senior to grab. Now there are other bathrooms in the house, but non of us should have showered in this one. Also there was no place to hang a towel. A mat on the floor would have been helpful as well. There were no issues with the other baths. It was a very good location.

This place was a fantastic, comfortable spot for this year's best friends weekend. The quiet gave us peace like in the country, but close enough to see Dallas / Ft Worth activities. Definitely would stay here again if we head this direction.

We loved staying in this beautiful Texas Ranch! The rooms and beds were so comfortable and the grounds and views were as lovely as pictured especially the pool and hottub!

Excellent ranch and pool - comfortable beds and amenities. Close enough but far enough.

We were in town for a wedding. Our kids loved the pool. We loved sitting out back in the morning drinking coffee. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room. We brought the grandparents there for the night when they needed to leave the wedding. Minor issues related to a storm and power outage were handled promptly.
