Super easy and centrally located.

Definite bachelor pad let for the weekend. Only a few yards from a bar with wood slats for a back wall. The DJ starts thumping at 9:30 and doesn’t stop until 3am. The walls and windows were shaking and even with ear plugs, we still felt the base. The space was dusty, almost out of soap, and poorly furnished. When we reached out to the owner about the noise he ignored us. Great location but not worth it.

Just as listed. GREAT location! Close to everything. You can hear the Night club as it is close, but didn’t affect my sleeping. I would stay there again.

I was in town for work and could walk to campus and shop in the new Publix nearby. Easy access to great restaurants and bars. Great property and location.

Pros: close to campus, super comfy bed, extra ice in freezer, reasonable rate, allowed early check in Cons: right next to a loud outdoor dance club that goes until 2a with super loud bass. I read this in the other reviews, but I sleep with a white noise machine, so I thought it wouldn’t be a big deal. Wrong. The bass is so loud that it shook the entire house from 10p-2A. So if you don’t want to party with them until 2A,I do not recommend this place. Also, the owner has very slow/no communication. I was trying to confirm our reservation with no response on the app. He did finally call when we were almost to the house and said the app was having issues. We only had one roll of toilet paper and nothing to wash the dishes with. We let him know and he said he would have someone bring the items and they never did. Also, the place needs a really deep clean, it’s pretty grimy. The blankets looks like they haven’t been washed in a while. Kitchen is not equipped for cooking, plan on eating out. We never got check out instructions and ended up leaving a night early for another hotel just so we could sleep after the game. I also let him know all of this via text, the app, and tried to call his cell with no response. If you are looking to party until 2a and order in pizza, it’s a great place!
