This is a 1 bedroom condo unit in the Maui Sunset community, on the 5th floor (there are two elevators and three stairways in each building for efficient access to all five floors). It is about 681sqft and features a bedroom with a queen bed, and a sofa bed in the living room.

• Hawaii's Natural Environment: Hawaii's beautiful tropical climate is part of what makes the islands so special—but it also comes with some unique aspects of island living. Occasional sightings of ants, cockroaches, termites, or geckos are common in Hawaiian homes and are not a reflection of cleanliness. To ensure a comfortable stay, we include routine pest control as part of our regular maintenance, just like professional cleaning. While we do our best to minimize any pest activity, the environment can still bring the occasional visitor. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the full experience of island life!
• A section of South Kihei Road (Ohukai Rd–Kulanihako'i St) is under repair through June 20, 2026. Expect possible detours, limited access, and travel delays.

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• Cancellation — Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
• For stays longer than 180 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

    Great condo, responsive host. It was very nice that all of the need to have items like toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent were well stocked. The condo was also very clean. The only recommendation we would have is to replace the mattress. It is very uncomfortable and does not seem like a true queen for size.

    Unobstructed views, clean premise, good parking, access to pool and late checkout. I wish I had spent all my stay at this location.

    This is a great location. It is a large condo with a great view. The grounds are amazing!
