Pepi loft in a historical building

We were very happy with the location, cleanliness and layout of the apartment. However, we did not realize that the street it was on is very noisy with trucks and city vehicles passing at high speeds from early morning till late at night. Impossible to keep windows open

This loft is in a good area of Florence and was easy to access. Lorenzo was very responsive and the unit was clean. The listing states that there is air conditioning, but guests are not able to change any settings which are on quite low. They supplied many fans which tells you how warm it gets in the unit, especially in the loft area. There was limited bedding and pillows for the purpose of using the fold out couch as a bed. We had 2 pillows total between the bed and the couch and a limited amount of bedding available in the closet for the couch. We had some issues knowing where to dispose of the trash. A general area is listed, but it would be helpful to know the exact location of where the trash bins are located if the guests are made to be responsible for the garbage disposal.

We had an amazing stay here. Perfect location and so easy to get in and out. The property was very clean and beautiful. If we could have given 4.8 stars we probably would have just because the walls are very thin, so we could hear people outside and walking around upstairs. We aren’t light sleepers, so we just put a sound machine on and fell asleep quickly on the very comfortable bed. The loft where the bed is is very loud, so there’s no way one person could get up and walk around without waking everyone else up. The shower was also a little tight. All of that being said, though, it wasn’t inconvenient enough for us to not love it and give it 5 stars! Highly recommend!!
