Our three bedroom, three bathroom two storey Penthouse has been finished with modern and stylish furniture, luxury beds, and contemporary kitchen. Enjoy ample space and amazing views from this gorgeous home.

The Space:
Located just a few minutes from the Latin Quarter, Claddagh, and Long Walk you will be sure to have a wonderful stay in this accommodation. The home is located in a private building with private access. Uponentering the penthouse you are greeted with beautiful wood flooring that flows throughout the first floor.

The living room has over sized windows allowing fantastic views of the harbour and city. It is open plan to the kitchen and dining area and offer comfortable leathers sofas, and flat screen Tv. The kitchen is finished in a cashmere gloss with stylish counter tops and all major modern appliances.

The dining table has seating for four, Across the hallway there are two bedrooms. Both offer luxury mattresses in king size (5x6ft), built in wardrobes and views. One of the bedrooms is ensuite with walk in shower, WC, and sink. Adjacent the main bathroom with walk in shower, WC, and sink.

Upstairs is the third bedroom which also has a king size bed (5x6ft) with luxury mattress and mirror slide robe wardrobes. Opposite this bedroom is a third bathroom with walk in shower, WC, and sink. From the hallway you can access the private rooftop patio and take in all the views of Galway city and harbour, Aran Islands, and Salthill in the distance... a truly beautiful sight.

This property uses the Apex Accommodation Peace of Mind Checklist, which follows cleaning and disinfection guidelines provided by the CDC, EPA, and World Health Organization.

All of our properties are cleaned thoroughly, and we disinfect our bathrooms, kitchens, and major touchpoints like light switches, doorknobs, table tops, electronics, appliances, lock boxes/digital keypads, and control panels.

We provide linens, towels, a starter supply of cleaning products, shampoo, soap, dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs.

Important: There is a parking space included for 1 vehicle. The car park has a clearance of 2 metres. If you require parking for additional vehicles, let us know and we can send you information on the best local offers available for your stay.


**Noise Sensitive Property - Strictly Quiet Hours Between 10pm And 8am**.
This building is equipped with a non recording noise monitor which is set to acceptable thresholds for conversation during 10pm and 8am. Excessive noise alerts will be treated as a violation. If we are contacted by the management company or neighbours about a disturbance this will result in a total loss of security deposit and an early termination of your rental agreement.


Guest Access:
Guests have access to all areas of the home except for a few locked closets, which we kindly ask you to respect.

Interaction with Guests:
All messages are handled directly through the platform, so you’ll be fully supported throughout your stay. For urgent situations—such as a lockout or trouble with directions—a mobile number will also be available.

    The property was close enough to walk to the city center and shop street. The boat lights shine through, and there is a large metal scrap pile on the docks being worked that is very loud. The bathrooms also have a heavy mold smell.

    Overall, this place is almost great, but several issues affected our stay.Check-In: Process was overly complicated w/ multiple codes for garage, pedestrian entrance, building, & unit. Instructions were clear, but system could be simplified.Cleanliness & Smell: On arrival, strong sewer smell hit us—tracked it to hallway bathroom w/ visible mildew. Definitely impacted the experience.Laundry (W/D): A key reason we booked was to do laundry mid-trip. W/D was small (expected), but wash cycle took over an hr & dryer didn’t dry anything—then stopped working. Left w/ wet & dirty clothes for rest of trip. Very disappointing.Noise/View: Location is great for walking to Latin Quarter, restaurants, etc., & views of city/water are nice. However, unit faces an industrial dock w/ a large metal pile. That we could live with—but not the loud early-morning work (5–7am) w/ alarms, scraping, & dumping. It woke us up both mornings.Hot Water: Another issue was inconsistent hot water. First 2 ppl to shower had cold water, despite no usage prior. Host provided reset instructions, but still frustrating.Summary: Great location & potential, but smell, W/D, noise, & hot water made it hard to fully enjoy. Wouldn’t book again unless improvements are made.

    Pros: location, really nicely appointed apartment walkable to town center. Pretty views especially at night.Cons: challenging to deal with Property management company. Unnecessarily stern and inefficient check in instructions. No hot water after first person took a shower (you are warned at check in but this seems ridiculous for a 3 BR apartment). Vague persistent sewage smell in the bathrooms.

    Functional and clean. The apartment was comfortable and logically laid out. Detractors are mostly fixable, light bulbs missing, dishwasher not working & smelled bad so kept it closed, terrace sounds good but starkcob websview of huge recycling pier detracted from its use. A pic of the box to get the keys would have nice since it was at a separate location.

    The check in was complicated going to a building to pick up keys tht was not the property. Also, the beds were all listed as king size but they were not. They were maybe queens. There was not enough coffee for 5 people and the manager never responded when asking if more was available.

    This is a great location with everything in walking distance. Quiet building. Very clean, updated condo with all appliances including separate washer and dryer. For US travelers they’re not our king-size beds. The check-in process was somewhat of a scavenger hunt and then we didn’t even get the key. However the staff were the absolute best by meeting us in a pub with the key. If I return to Galway, I would book here again.
