Situated on the second floor, Penthouse Suite has its own secluded private roof terrace with stunning sea views across Minehead Bay to the front and glorious views towards North Hill and the harbour to the rear. It is the perfect place to relax in and to use as a base to enjoy your Exmoor seaside break. Penthouse Suite is popular both with couples and small families alike, many of whom return to stay over again.
This modern, relaxing and newly renovated apartment is furnished and equipped to a very high standard, with a bright and comfortable lounge and separate dining room off the central hall. It has a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine and dishwasher. This apartment has a delightful twin bedroom with en-suite shower/wc. The spacious master bedroom has a king size double bed and its own en-suite walk in shower/wc. A further wc is situated off the central hall. Quality Egyptian cotton bed linen and sumptuously soft bath sheets and towels are provided.

Our PRICE INCLUDES ALL ENERGY COSTS. We provide complimentary tea, coffee, milk and sugar as well as all linens. A selection of essential kitchen and bathroom household products are also provided for your convenience.

    Our family of four stayed in the penthouse suite which was delightful. It is very spacious, clean and comfortable. It really felt like a home away from home. The location is fantastic too, being right across from the water and a short walk to the main shopping and dining area. We would definitely stay again, and recommend to others.

    The flat was very well equipped and the decor up to date. It was very comfortable, convenient and the hosts were welcoming. The rooftop terrace was an ideal place to enjoy the views and sea air.
