Stayed Jun 9, 2023It is a great place. photos and description does not do the justice. very roomy, clean with everything needed in great area. The owner communication was great and quick and they went above and beyond to assist since i was landing late and my fiancé was checking in first. It is definitive must stay and see. we will be back. Thank you all for taking care of us....appreciated

Stayed Mar 6, 2023I cannot speak highly enough of the property managers here. The accommodations are just as you see online. Fabulous. Air conditioning in each bedroom made sure that our trip was comfortable. Hosts went above and beyond in every matter. They even helped us secure groceries before our arrival. Very safe, very comfortable accommodations. Will stay here again. I’ll stay in any place these property managers host.

Stayed Aug 4, 2022I was very disappointed with this property. For starters I met with Ana not sure who she was. She was who was going to help us check in. Once we got the parking garage she showed us our parking spots and where to take the elevator that was not bad at all. We took the elevator to the penthouse the place was beautiful. But there was no electricity in the penthouse. After traveling and wanting to freshen up we were unable to. Ana stated she will be having someone to come check to see if they can find the problem. The penthouse only has AC in the rooms and it was super hot. She stated if they were unable to get the electricity fixed they would put us in a different penthouse. When I asked why wouldn’t we just go to the other penthouse she stated she can’t and would have to speak to the owner. We ended up having to leave with our luggages since we didn’t know what was going to happen. Why wouldn’t she tell us prior to arrival about the issue and rush is to get to the property because she had things to do. Another thing that was very disappointing was the pool It was dirty. The reason we picked that penthouse was to be able to take the kids to the pool so they can cool off. After speaking with the owner about the issues we had he was nice enough to send us a basket and apologize for the issue we had. They didn’t leave any check out instructions. I had to call Ana twice to find out where to leave the keys for the property.

Stayed Jun 22, 2022We loved the cleanliness of the place; the quietness of the area, the host's quick response, the staff's politeness, the pool table, the beautiful view, and all the technology on the property. And besides all that, the international airport is just about 10 minutes from the property. Thank you for making our stay, an unforgettable one!
