Stayed Aug 29, 2025We had a really lovely time at the Penthouse Maris. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed and more! Modern, well located for the beach, supermarkets, bakery and restaurants plus only twenty minutes walk to Alghero old town. Would definitely recommend!!

Stayed Aug 6, 2023The apartment is extremely clean and modern with every amenity you could want. Everything works - WiFi, air conditioning, oven, retractable black out blinds. There is so much outdoor space, with really comfortable furniture so you can enjoy sitting outside in the sun or in the shade. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, but still close and walkable to the city centre. There are many restaurants within a few minutes walk and a great beach. There are many more beaches within short driving distance. Parking outside the apartment was free and it was very easy to find a spot. The hosts are exceptional. They are so helpful and friendly and even came to our rescue when we had an issue with our hire car. Communication with them is excellent and they are so kind. We absolutely loved our stay and didn’t want to leave.

Stayed Aug 12, 2022We had a wonderful time in Alghero! The apartment is great, very well equipped and Graziella is very kind. Only 5 minutes far from the beach and 20 minutes from the city center.
