    This is a great apartment with a gorgeous balcony. We had an issue with the hot water, but the management team was super responsive and our problem was addressed immediately.Very convenient location for walking around town, getting groceries, and going to restaurants, etc.

    This is a beautiful condo, with a large open great room with high ceilings and open wall of sliding glass doors to huge deck. It is well equipped -feels brand new- and it is very easy to get to most of the main attractions of Christchurch.

    Gorgeous apartment straight out of architectural digest. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and museums. We appreciated the tea, milk and chocolate ready for us upon arrival. Perhaps it was the Christmas week but the immediate two block surroundings were deserted after dark, however there is a lively night scene three blocks away. Will happily return.

    We had just two nights in Christchurch as we traveled through the South Island on our way to Queenstown. This was our favorite home during our two week travel. We had clear instructions for check in, beautiful accommodations, a beautifully and tastefully-decorated apartment that was well-supplied. We loved it so much we chose to NOT eat out but rather prepared a wonderful dinner at the apartment. We had everything we needed including the grill on the balcony The host was very responsive and had the home well prepared for our stay. Highly recommend this place!!!

    Instructions were easy to follow. Lovely and warm, spacious and beautiful views. One thing I like to mention is having keys to the property. Very worrying when removed from the premises. Maybe a coded keypad would be ideal. Overall myself and my children had a fabulous catchup, thank you. Rangi Dunn
