Stayed Apr 1, 2023We liked everything at the property. It is centrally located and the streetwhere the property is located is full of restaurants and cafeterias. You can walk to most of the interesting places. We rented a car and the parking space was safe and near the property. The owners waited for us and gave information about interesting places to visit and eat.

Stayed Jun 23, 2025My husband and I stayed 3 nights in Oviedo on our way from Santiago de Compostela to San Sebastián! We chose Oviedo as the historical center of Asturias with 6 UNESCO Heritage sites and for the regional food! Carmen was very communicative and greeted us exactly outside the parking garage escorting us to the Apartment and showing us everything! The apartment was comfortable and well stocked with even fresh milk in the fridge! The balcony is large and receives so much sun in the afternoon. There are many restaurants nearby and walking to the Old Town was easy. The information provided about typical local dishes helped us choose at the many restaurants in the town! Highly recommend!

Stayed Jul 1, 2024This condo is wonderful. It was spotlessly clean, was well stocked, and decorated beautifully. The neighborhood is vibrant with many restaurants to enjoy (we liked the Mona Lisa for a late night drink). You can walk to anywhere in the city. The best part of the condo though….. the owners! They met us, helped us park, brought up our luggage, made sure we were comfortable and happy. Incredible service. If you are looking for a great place in Oviedo, you found it!

Stayed Jul 17, 2023We had a warm welcome from Carmens husband and her son, who's English is excellent.The apartment is great, with a large terrace outside, in a perfect street. Many bars and restaurants when you walk out the front door of the building. Because the apartment is on the 6th floor you hardly hear any noise from the street.

Stayed May 6, 2023This was a great place for us to stay to explore Oviedo. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and has a great terrace. The street is lively with many restaurants but the apartment is still quiet. Carmen sent her husband and son to meet us at the train station (which is very close by) and help us get to the apartment.

Stayed Nov 25, 2022We enjoyed our stay in Oviedo. The owner was very attentive when we checked in as well as patient and kind with our lack of Spanish. The apartment was an intriguing throwback to a more relaxed time and place. The neighborhood was fantastic with restaurants and bars throughout the area BUT it was a quiet location at night as well.
