The property itself is excellent, quiet, with pools and beautiful blooming trees, the beach is excellent. It is so good for family or for those people, who likes just rest. And there are other beaches, quiet, shallow, clean water, scenic views, all around and not far away.

Excellent property and great hosts. Only area for improvement would be slightly more comfortable seating in downstairs living room area.

Absolutely wonderful

The pros- Check in was easy. Clear and step by step instructions. The kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of pots and pans. The only thing that we didn’t find was a cutting board. Plenty of plates and basic seasonings were provided. The place it’s was beautiful and great location with ocean and pool view. Huge windows that looked amazing for the views and beach access. The cons: the grill had no gas, the bed in the master was dirty with some black balls that we never figured out what they were, one of the large windows was missing the curtain, the roof in the room across the master was leaking water when there was a storm. It also has prior water damage on the ceiling. The beach was not great- it was clean but very very rocky. I recommend anyone staying here to bring water shoes for the beach. Prepare for quite of bit of wait at the gate due to them adding wrist bands on everyone. They should have one gate for check in and another one for people coming back in from running errands. Overall we were happy with the place and would stay here again.

Grounds were clean. Kids loved the pool choices. While conveniently located between san juan and fajardo, the neighborhood leaves a bit to be desired. Will have to travel for dinner and supermarkwt options. If you're ok with that, this unit is great.

We had a nice time at this condo rental. The online description is accurate. The unit itself has adequate amenities, but a few extra touches could make it even better. A few updates are needed throughout, but we enjoyed our time there regardless. The beds are very comfortable, the upstairs mezzanine is a nice quiet area to sit. As mentioned in other reviews, the furniture in the downstairs living area could use an update, as it is outdoor furniture and not super comfortable, it did not affect our experience though. We used the provided beach towels and beach chairs for a trip to a local beach. There are many items available for use- balls, rackets, a cooler, chairs, etc.so that is very nice! There are board games in the closet and other games in a dresser. The view from the dining area is wonderful- there is a pool to the right, an open area out front and then the beach to the left. You can see the mountains from the balcony. Yes there are stray cats and dogs around the beach and common areas. They will not bother you. We fed them, as did others. We enjoyed the pool at night, it was wonderful. Cathy is amazing! She addressed a small issue we had with the blinds immediately. She checked in on us throughout and even offered to help us out with issues that were not even condo related that we had. She is a warm, caring person and I praise her highly!

Property and Complex were as advertised. Great location as advertised (3min Walk to the beach). beautiful facilities. Would recommend this place, however:Unfortunately, the area was not great nor safe. Locals were very friendly, however. Wouldn't book again personally due to its location.

I'll start with the pros because the host and the team was very responsive and tried to help where they could. The size of the unit is very large for a big group. The location for us was ideal because it was half way between San Juan and the East Coast where we planned a couple of excursions. The kitchen had most of what we needed and was as expected.The not so great...we had a delay entering the property because one name had changed from reservation to check in. We updated names 2 days in advance but make sure you point out if there are changes so it doesn't fall through the cracks. The property is just a bit run down. A lot of pools for small kids, but not as ideal for us as we had teenagers. The beach is small and pretty dirty. Lots of stray cats and dogs everywhere you look. There is really no soft furniture in the unit. You will be in your rooms or eating meals. Lots of potential but no where to hang out. Everything is hard outdoor furniture and the cushions have seen better days. I was really shocked that simple things like hand towels and a washcloth was not included in the unit, and the all the towels were paper thin. No soaps in the bathrooms or showers. The beds all had one blanket on them but that was it. Overall I would not stay here again. The hosts were great, but the property needs additional attention.

Had a good time at the pools an beach

My family and I had the best time staying at this property! It was well located (near the ocean), decorated nicely, clean and had accommodations for the pool. I would definitely recommend staying at this property and in this unit.
