Penthouse at the beach, FREE WIFI, panoramic views, Costa del Sol

Really beautiful apartment with incredible outside space. Beautifully decorated huge roof terrace perfect to relax at the end of the day. Stunning views from both the terrace and lower terrace for lazy dinners. Amazing sea views and super close to the beach which is not too busy and really unspoilt unlike the busier resorts of benalmadena and Fuengirola. Amazing fish restaurant on the beach too. Feels much more Spanish which we like, Beautiful shared pool clean and well maintained with shade and sun areas throughout the day. Javi was a great host very accessible and helpful with anything needed. We would highly recommend this apartment and I would love to return another time.

Fabulous apartment and Javier the host was superb. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Any slight hick up was sorted quickly and effectively.

Just got back from this gorgeous apartment and can honestly say we were so pleased with everything about the property. A lovely sunny, private terrace and a huge roof terrace all with views to die for. Everything you would need was available in the apartment, comfy beds in both bedrooms and no noise at night which meant being able to get a good nights sleep.Javier was so nice and friendly and as we arrived early he came to meet us and allowed us entry before normal check in time which was very much appreciated.Would definitely recommend Javier’s apartment to anyone looking for an above average property with exceptional sea views.

VERY nice apartment with well equipped kitchens and bathrooms and all mod cons. Two very large terraces on sixth floor and roof with far reaching views of sea and coastline and views of sea from all rooms. Well furnished.Beds firm. Small shops, restaurant, buses and trains nearby. Small, very pleasant pool on site. Ten minute walk to beach and beach restaurants. Lovely beach, but I did not find it easy to get in and out of the sea. Interesting places to visit nearby - eg castle, butterfly. park, Roman ruins, white villages. We used taxis, but our first week was so hot we did nothing energetic. There is a very busy main road between the apartment block and the beach, easy to cross, but not ideal for those wanting peace and get away from it all tranquillity. first week was so hot we didn’t want to do anything nergetic.

+ve - a very clean and well maintained apartment with stunning views of the sea and coast. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was a godsend given the hot weather. The apartment is very well equipped The apartment is on the 6th floor and there is a lift. The top floor of the apartment itself has a bed, sun loungers and is very private. However, as it was so hot, we didn't use it much. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the train station. There is a bus stop virtually outside the apartment. The pool is on the small side for the number of apartments in the block, but was very clean and well maintained. -ve - The biggest drawback as far as my wife are concerned is the busy main road in front of the property. It is busy from early morning until late at night. There are traffic lights outside the apartments and the noise of vehicles (especially motorbikes) pulling away from the lights spoilt the overall effect of the location. As a result, we didn't make much use of the outside space. Also right outside the apartments is a busy petrol station. The noise of people using the pressure washer also added to the issue. One final point to raise is that although there is a train station 5 mins walk away, there are 104 steps from the platform to the road down below. There is an alternative but longer route by the road that winds down. People with mobility issues need to be aware of this.

The apartment was clean and the location was ideal for us- safe with a gated entrance, easy access to the beach (right across the street), several shops and restaurants nearby (within walking distance), and the owner, Javier, was very communicative (before and during our stay.) We tried several restaurants on the beach and every single one had delicious foods to choose from. We walked to get coffee each morning, picked up items from the markets nearby, and relaxed on the terrace which overlooked the gorgeous views of the water and town. The area was quiet, friendly, and we really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this rental to anyone- and I would absolutely return if I had the chance.

We had a lovely stay the manager was most helpful. The apartment was very nice especially the outside space with a well equiped kitchen. The only thing was you had to travel to get to Fuengirola or Menalmadena the apartment is on at the start of Fuengirola and the end of menalmadena

We had a wonderful week at the apartment, only downside was the pool being out of use due to Spain’s drought. There is a busy road between apartment and sea but this didn’t bother us at all at nights it was quiet apart from the relaxing sound of the sea.

We had a great week at this apartment. Very convenient for the beach, just a short walk of about 5 minutes maximum. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, plenty glasses, cups and dishes, dish washer and good sized fridge freezer. The air conditioning is great and really keeps the place cool when you need it. After a day out it was good to come back to a good shower. There was always hot water. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfy. We would have preferred firmer pillows as the pillows were just a little too soft for us. The twin room beds were comfortable too. My daughter and her friend enjoyed having their own space. Very good sized terrace and sunny aspect. We didn’t use the solarium and felt this was an area that could be developed. It’s a great size and definitely under utilised. It would be great to see that as another outdoor space with furniture and some plants to make it more attractive. My daughter and her friend used the pool and they said it was great for cooling down. Perhaps there could be some fold away chairs stored in the terrace cupboard to take to the pool area. The train station is a short walk away which is great if you don’t feel like driving. Overall we had a great stay. We enjoyed the convenience of the the location. The apartment was just as it was described and the photos were a great representation of the property. We would certainly consider a return visit next year.

The apartment is well furnished with good indoor and outdoor space. Well stocked kitchen, good facilities like a washing machine and air conditioning. The black out shutters are fantastic. The location to the Beach is easy - do not be put off by the proximity to the road - we heard the waves crashing on the beach more than we did cars due to the height of the building. Links to the railway and bus make getting about simple and quick. The host is kind and helpful. The local supermarkets are basic but useful, however there is a large supermarket less than 10 mins on the train. A wonderful place to spend a week in the sun.
