Saint Louis, Missouri
This is the penthouse unit situated on the corner of the building. It has huge windows throughout and designer furniture. Walk Score of 96 is excellent for visiting lovely St. Louis!
Our space is perfectly located between all of the major attractions. You can easily walk to the Arch, Busch Stadium, Americas Center (conference center), Scottrade, City Museum, Opera House, and many more. There's also a grocery store 1 block away, and many restaurants, cafes, and bars that we'd highly recommend.
The space
We've outfitted our space with designer furniture everywhere. The center piece of the living room is Womb lounge chair designed by Eero Saarinen (the same designer of the St. Louis Arch) and our down gray couch from Article. Please help yourself to Netflix on our 60" 4k TV.
In the kitchen you'll find a marble tulip table (also designed by Eero Saarinen) The table seats 4 guests and the kitchen island seats an additional 3. We have a fully stocked kitchen with glasses, mugs, pots, pans, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, and cooking knives from Chicago Cutlery.
Guest access
You'll have the entire space to yourself!
The neighborhood
The neighborhood is the perfect mix of being super close to all of the attractions, but still 1-2 blocks away from loud bars at night. It's the most desirable area in downtown to live. We have a walkscore of 96 so you'll know you're close to everything! The main grocery store is 1/2 block away with the best rated restaurants all right next door. There's also an excellent coffee shop just down the street. The entire area is also incredibly safe!
Getting around
The nearest metro station entrance is just 2 blocks away. Additionally Uber and taxi options are plentiful. If you're bringing a car we recommend using the parking garage above the grocery store or the metered street parking out front. It's free after 7pm and all Sundays.
In town for a concert. Easy stay downtown.
My buddy and I took a quick trip to St Louis for some Cards games and this was the perfect spot for us. It was surprisingly larger than we expected, quiet and cozy. Centrally located to everything we needed. We’d definitely stay here again.
My son and I flew in from out of state and stayed here for the extended Labor Day weekend. It was great! We were able to walk to the City Museum and Union Station. We felt safe the entire time we were there and had no issues whatsoever. The owners were responsive and nice. The place was quiet, the AC worked well, and the water in the shower was hot. That checks off a lot of boxes right there. There are two things I would have liked to have though: 1.) Hypoallergenic pillows. All of the pillows were feather pillows. It is possible they could have been swapped out had I asked, but it is rare these days that I find a down pillow as opposed to a synthetic one so it didn’t occur to me until going to bed the first night. 2.) A water filter. The refrigerator had a water filter, but did not appear to have a water line connected to it. There was no tabletop/pitcher water filter or filter installed on the faucet. Unless you bring your own bottles of water, you will be drinking water straight from the tap. A third thing that really wasn’t an issue, but it caused us some slight concern on our first day, is that the alarm box directly inside the building on the first floor was ringing the entire duration of our stay. We didn’t know this initially and thought perhaps we triggered it. You can’t hear it after you leave the first floor but we had to get used to it since the alarm was on every time we entered/left the building. Other than those small issues, we really enjoyed our stay.
We were attending a concert at Stifel Theater and this was a perfect location for that. It was a little chili but we walked to the theater & back. It was late when we walked back & I would have been scared by myself but was fine with my son. The only reason I gave 4 stars for cleanliness was because I am a clean freak and the tv stand needed to be dusted & someone had spilled a dark drink on the yellow chair. Other than that, it was perfect! Great place to stay for downtown activities!
Check in time 3pm, didn’t get the codes until exactly 3pm. Standing on the street with our bags in a sketchy area. The place was not very clean, blinds in the bedroom nearest the bath are broken and could not be lowered. No privacy in that room. The place is quiet and close to everything .
This is a very nice place to stay while visiting downtown St. Louis. It is conveniently located to the major points of interest, as well as eating establishments and grocery shopping. Would highly recommend and should I have occasion to need similar accommodations in the future I’ll try to rent this one again.
This was a wonderful apartment. Perfect location to all places downtown. We'll definitely stay here again.
Really enjoyed staying here. Location was perfect for us. The grocery store being so close was great. The apartment itself was nice. Only complaint there was whoever cleans doesn’t dust very well and the blinds in the bedroom nearest the bathroom are broken so you really can’t close them so if you like to sleep in take the other bedroom I did let them know so if they are still broke the owners obviously don’t care. Would definitely stay here again
The apartments are clean and elegant and wonderful! And the hosts were amazing and even when I showed up a day before I was supposed to because I got my schedule wrong they made accommodations for me and when above and beyond it was necessary to make sure that I was taken care of!
This place is cute and comfortable. Great location and communication with owners. We'd return if visiting St. Louis!
Great apartment in a great location.
