Stayed May 3, 2025House was quite nice. Very clean. Road noise was very loud! Master bedroom was quiet enough but the front 2 bedrooms would have been difficult to sleep. Backyard had a wooden privacy fence on two sides only which was sufficient to keep our dogs safe as long as supervised. Yard was very large and good for our big dog to get a good exercise. Grass needed to be mowed.

Stayed May 9, 2025Large yard with mature trees, updated 4 bedrooms and functional kitchen to accommodate 8 people comfortably. We were there for UMHB graduation and were not too far from campus activities. The owner communicated well and went out of his way to make sure our stay was great.

Stayed Apr 24, 2025Hidden fees and charges on these properties are what is the most inconsistent on all VRBO rentals.Had a Service Aninimal traveling with us and was still charged a Pet Fee.Owner sent Checkout instructions that included taking the trash to the road prior to leaving, putting all dirty clothes in hamper, washing dishes and cleaning.. What was the 150 cleaning fee for.. Making the beds? LOLPropert right next to a busy highway. Pretty noisy at night.
