Stayed May 28, 2022No issues with the property, it's located in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Easy to get in and out of. Nice place to stay while working at Fort Knox for the summer.

Stayed Jun 28, 2019I love this area of Elizabethtown because it is so close to shopping yet set back in a nice looking, quiet neighborhood! I have stayed in a unit at Renaissance Gardens 3 summers in a row and want to continue to rent there in June 2020. I greatly appreciate the lawn getting mowed weekly and the nice sidewalks for walking my dog. The property owner is such a nice guy. He even mailed me some things I accidentally left in the apartment.

Stayed Jun 19, 2017This area has 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes for rent that are at the end of a quiet road in Elizabethtown . Despite being along the 31W Bypass the many tall trees made me feel like I was out away from town. All the stores and shopping I needed were only 10 minutes away! The owner, Richard, was a very helpful, dependable property manager who came over right away if he was called. There was a lawn service to mow the grass regularly and nice kept landscaping. The pond at the end of the area added to the beautiful setting. I could walk my dog past the apartments into another nice area with sidewalks, very little traffic and very big privately owned homes with large yards. This is my first experience using HomeAway.com and I was pleased to speak to an actual human voice not a recorded message when I called to ask a couple questions. I recommend this site to anyone who wants a place to stay and not pay hotel prices.
