This is an owner-occupied property, but the guest suite is completely private with its own separate entrance, dedicated parking space, and exclusive backyard area featuring outdoor dining and a spa.

The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and residential, making it perfect for guests looking to relax after exploring LasVegas.

Most Important House Rule:This property is designed to remain peaceful and quiet at all times. Parties, events, loud music, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.

The backyard and hot tub are available daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

The hot tub is available year-round from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, weather permitting. For safety reasons, it may be unavailable during strong wind or rain.

Security & Safety

For your safety and peace of mind, exterior security cameras are installed around the property, including the driveway, entrance, and backyard areas. There are no cameras pointed at the hot tub area.

House Rules

1. Local Guests

Guests who live locally must let us know reason for their visit.

2. Quiet Hours / No Parties

Absolutely no parties, gatherings, loud music, or excessive noise at any time — especially during evening and nighttime hours when neighbors are resting. Please enjoy the amenities respectfully and be considerate of the peaceful community.

3. Children

Infants, babies, toddlers, and children are welcome, but every guest must be included in the reservation.

4. Occupancy

A maximum of 4 people are allowed on the property at any time. Kids count as a guest. Only registered guests are permitted unless otherwise approved in advance. One pet is permitted per visit and has to be less than 50 pounds (extra fee) has to be part of reservation. Dog cannot be unattended and can not be aggressive.

5. Community Respect

Guests agree to respect all community guidelines and property instructions provided inside the apartment or throughout the property.

6. Additional Fees

By booking, you agree to the following fees if applicable:

Smoking inside the apartment: $200 per day

Unauthorized late checkout (up to 1 hour): $20

Lost keys: $130 replacement fee for keys and locks

7. Safety Policy

Guests confirm they do not have a violent criminal record and will not bring weapons onto the property.

8. Rule Violations

Violation of house rules may result in immediate removal from the property without refund.

9. Good Faith Booking

Guests agree to book in good faith and will not intentionally damage the property in the event of disagreements with the host or booking platform.

10. Damages Affecting Future Reservations

If violations of the house rules result in discounts, refunds, or losses related to future reservations, the responsible guest agrees to cover those costs.
