Guest Access:
California Vacation Villas provides guests with 24-hour contactless check-in and check-out through automated access. Guests will receive a door code specific to their stay 7 days prior to arrival. The code will activate at 4pm on the day of arrival and deactivate at 11am on the day of departure. Palm Desert Resorter is a gated community with 24 hour security. Guests will need to provide California Vacation Villas the names of drivers 3 days prior to arrival for gate registration purposes. The maximum number of cars allowed in Palm Desert Resorter is 3 per reservation.
Getting Around:
Guests visiting the Coachella Valley can access a majority of the desert's attractions within 10-45 minutes by car. Ride share and taxis are available a majority of the time and are more readily available from November-April. Palm Springs International Airport is a 20-45 minute drive from most desert locations and Ontario and Los Angeles International Airport can be used as alternatives for air travel. Interstate 10 runs through the northern side of the Coachella Valley providing access to all desert cities from Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego to the west and Phoenix and Las Vegas to the east and north. A car is recommended for any extended stay in the area.
The Neighborhood:
Palm Desert Resorter is located in the heart of north Palm Desert. The community consists of single story attached condos surrounding an 18 hole golf course and lush community greenbelts. Enjoy panoramic views of the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains at every turn. If nature is calling, there are plenty of incredible hikes and walking trails just a short drive away. Palm Desert Resort Country Club is open to the public and in addition to championship golf the club offers tennis, pickle ball and fitness programs to members and guests. The club is managed by Landmark Golf and guests should contact the country club directly for rates and availability. The community is centrally located within the Coachella Valley on Country Club Drive between Cook and Washington Streets. Guests staying in Palm Desert Resorter enjoy quick access to El Paseo, the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens and the Empire Polo Club in addition to numerous other desert attractions and award winning restaurants. Palm Springs International Airport is only 25 minutes away. The location and available activities in and around the community cannot be beat!

PETS: DOGS are allowed.Occupant agrees to comply the following:
1. Guest to pay additional pet fee in the amount of $100.
2. All pets must comply with the following specifications:
a. May not exceed 50 lbs.
b. Must be at least 2 year(s) of age or older.
c. Must be spayed or neutered.
d. Must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heart-worm preventive is highly recommended.
3. All pets must be leashed at all times outside the Premises.
4. Guest is responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse.
5. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees.
6. All pets are to be treated with a topical flea and tick repellent prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks present in this area and can cause
harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets.
7. Pet must not cause damage to premises or furnishings. If damages are caused, the cost of the damage will be charged to the occupants
electronic form of payment on-file.
8. Guest should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors.
9. Pet will not be left unattended for an undue length of time, either indoors or out. Pet will not be left unattended on balcony, patio, or porch.
10. California Vacation Villas assumes no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or be caused by pets while on on the
Premises.
NO SMOKING: No smoking is allowed on the Premises. If smoking does occur on the Premises, (i) Occupant is responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns, odors and removal of debris; (ii) Occupant, Authorized Guests, and all others may be required to immediately leave the Premises, or be removed from the Premises; (iii) Occupant is in the breach of this Agreement; and (iv) Occupant's electronic form of payment on file will be charged for cleaning/repairs needed as a result of the smoking.
The location was perfect in a safe a gated community we were able to access everything we wanted with ease.
This was a nice townhouse that was clean, well stocked and comfortable!

We really liked this totally updated 2brm townhouse in Palm Desert near our favorite location. It backs to green space which was great for our little dog. Nice neighborhood for walking, 20 pools too!
Overall a great stay. The unit is in good condition. Limited outdoor seating, but the pool areas are great. The kitchen was well stocked.

The gated community is simply beautiful. My husband and I are avid runners and loved how secure we felt doing our three mile look several times through the community. The house itself was just as pictured. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen worked great for cooking. We brought in all our ingredients so so suggest you do that. There is coffee and salt and pepper. The only recommendation I have is to have a front door mat on the inside. We took our dog potty and each time we came through the front door we just brought in sand from the side area. That’s such a small thing though. Overall it was a five star stay!
