Just the ticket! This newly renovated two bedroom apartment is simple yet perfect. Set in a quiet residential street between Bondi Junction and Bondi Beach, it offers convenience and accessibility. With onsite parking for one car, well-appointed interiors with tasteful decor, air-con in each room, 2 balconies (off living and master bedroom) and a leafy outlook, it’s a great Bondi pad, and an added bonus: your furry friend is welcome!

This apartment benefits from a recent makeoverwith new kitchen and bathroom, fresh paint, wooden floors and modernised balconies. It presents beautifully, with fresh, modern furniture and fittings, and offers comfort and style.

The living area is open plan, with a comfortable corner modular sofa and a dining suite for 4 opening off a fully equipped, sleek kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. The balcony off the living room is perfect for morning coffee or sundowners and the north-easterly aspect provides lots of light throughout the day.

The bedrooms are equally well-decorated and comfortable and each have their own air conditioning. The master, with Queen bed, boasts its own balcony with views across the rooftops of Bondi, and the second bedroom has a double bed. Both have built-in wardrobes and are fitted out with quality linen.

The bathroom is sleek and modern with a separate shower and freestanding bathtub.

There is also a large separate laundry with washing machine and dryer, as well as secure parking for one vehicle.

Please note: For stays of 21+ nights, a quick bi-weekly inspection (10-15 mins) is required to maintain the home. We’ll arrange this at a convenient time after check-in.

    When we arrived the property seemed OK but once we’d been there for 24 hrs or so we realised it was not great. Overall cleanliness was poor, the floors were dirty, the shower drain in the wetroom/bathroom was full of hairs. The kitchen was lacking basic equipment like baking trays, storage containers etc. The non-stick pans were worn out. There were not enough glasses. Coffee cups were a miss match. The coffee machine still had a used coffee pod in it and hadn’t been cleaned. The coffee frother didn’t work. The vacuum cleaner was full of dust and the brush head was clogged with hairs. The were no sidelights in the sitting room/lounge area. The only lighting was from the overhead ceiling light. The bedrooms lacked sockets. Bedding was poor with no duvet covers-just sheets. An air conditioner remote control in a bedroom didn’t work. The wetroom/bathroom is a ridiculous feature for a rental. Anytime someone has a shower the whole room/floor gets wet requiring it to be wiped down. There was hardly any cleaning equipment to help us keep the place clean. We complained to the host but initially received no response. We complained to Vrbo and then got a response from the host who came out to see us. They arranged for more glasses, new pans, some cleaning equipment and also for a cleaner who came and cleaned a bit more. Overall, we were disappointed with this rental bearing in mind the cost of it over Christmas. We expected 5* but it was 3* at best.
