The apartment features two comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms, each equipped with a Smart TV for added convenience. A sleek bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped open kitchen—including an oven, filter coffee maker, kettle, fridge, freezer, microwave, and all essential cookware—provides everything needed for a relaxed stay. A washing machine is available for longer trips, and Wi-Fi reaches up to 24 Mbps. Hot water is supplied via the electric panel system, typically requiring around 15–20 minutes to heat before use. The entrance is easy to find with the provided instructions, and the balcony is furnished with a small table and two chairs, perfect for a quiet morning coffee outdoors. A baby cot or highchair can be provided upon request, and check-in is carried out via a convenient keybox.

Quiet hours in the neighborhood are from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. As in all of Corfu and many areas of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom bins. Guests arriving by car may find free street parking nearby or use the public parking area at Corfu Square. The keybox allows smooth self check-in, with assistance available if needed.
