Guests will have full private access to the entire 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite, including the living room, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and backyard patio with BBQ (seasonal).

We prioritize providing our guests with space and privacy, while remaining readily available to assist whenever needed.

Clean & Safe:
Your health and safety are our top priorities. We thoroughly clean and disinfect the entire space after every stay.

House Rules:

No smoking and no parties. Violations may result in a $1000 fine.

Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect our neighbors.

Pets (dogs only) are welcome with a $41/night fee, max 2 dogs. No cats, sorry!

Unauthorized guests will incur a $50/night per person fee.

Amenities & Essentials:
We provide a starter kit of essentials (toilet paper, soap, towels, etc.). Guests staying longer may need to restock supplies during their visit.

Self Check-in:
Enjoy flexible self-check-in anytime after 4 PM with a secure access code sent the day before your arrival.

Security Notice:
An exterior security camera is installed at the entrance (lockpad area) for your safety. No indoor cameras are present.

⏰ Late Checkout Policy:
Late checkout is subject to availability and must be pre-approved. Unauthorized late checkout will result in a $60/hour charge.

The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning and disinfection after each check-out.

There is a strict NO Smoking and No Party policy at our Airbnb. Violations of these policies will result in a $1000 fine respectively.

QUIET HOURS are between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am. Please keep your noise levels low during these times.

We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee, as outlined in our house rules below. We charge $69 per night per pet, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. No cats, sorry.

We always provide basic amenities as a starter pack, including hand soap, toilet paper, towels, etc. However, for long-stay bookings, any further supplies will need to be purchased by the guest. Please note that our amenities are available to all our guests unless they are closed due to maintenance.

You will find a security camera outside the apartment door for security purposes. Please note the camera does not capture any footage inside the unit. If you`re bringing an additional guest or if any unauthorized person will be staying in the unit, there is a fee of $50 per night per additional guest.

Late checkouts are subject to availability, unauthorized late checkout will result in $60/hour.
Please share a picture of your ID/Passport for security purposes to receive the lock codes.
