Patio Sisters Lily Suite | King Bed | Hot Tub | Outdoor Fireplace

Everything was just as pictured, I didnt give 5 stars, because the water had zero pressure, and would get hot for a second and then drop to freezing. The hot tub area wasnt very private it is located right next to the parking lot.

What a great place to stay! The cottage was so cute and cozy with an easy walk to town. We loved the fireplace inside and outside! Hot tub was great as well.

The hosts were amazing! Got back to me quickly with any and all questions I had. The cabin had everything we needed and we will definitely stay there the next time we’re in Fredericksburg. The room was cozy and clean and was perfect for the winter storm. We even braved it and went out in the hot tub!!

There were a lot of good things to say about the accommodations. It was adorable and clean. There were, however, a couple of critical things that impacted the comfort of the stay. The temperature cannot be lowered below 68 (not a policy of the owner, but limitation of the split unit). For anyone that runs hot, it is a miserably sweaty night. Second, the temperature of the water in the shower varies greatly about every 30 seconds.

It was great stay … we had no issues except the tv but they came right over and fixed it.

We enjoyed our stay in the Lily Suite. Nicely decorated, clean, comfortable bed, and close to downtown. Would stay here again.

Quaint, cozy & private for romantic getaway! But close enough to Main Street for quick & easy access to dining, drinks and other touristy activities.

This was a perfect property for a couple… we enjoyed the patio every morning to sit and drink coffee and we also enjoyed the hot tub in the evening…..we did hear our neighbors in the adjoining cottage but it's wasn't bad… also just know that the shower has an overhead rain head at the top … I needed a shower cap ! Also loved the electric fireplace that you can view from the bed… gives a romantic atmosphere … overall the property was fabulous!

Good place to stay, close to everything.

The property was conveniently located about 2.5 blocks from Main Street at the point where Hondo’s is located. It was an adorable space with everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable and the fireplace was a welcome addition on a cold night. We didn’t take advantage of the outdoor area but it looked really nice.

The place was as described. Beautifully decorated, perfect communication and the hot tub was a plus!! Thank you!!

Great location for a quiet stay, clean, very comfortable bed, good communication with the management company. Room could use little TLC - front door lock plate is loose, backs on remotes would not stay on - had to hold the batteries in place in order to use. TV remote was complicated especially since you had to reconnect it to cable box for each use. A nice upgrade would be allowing folks to stream from their own accounts. Enjoyed the hot tub :-)

Loved the property and location. Easy access to shops and restaurants. Also, the neighborhood is very quiet, making for a peaceful nights sleep. Linda

Clean property, loved the rain shower. A/C worked great in this Texas heat. Close to main st for shopping and dining. Would recommend.

Our only critique was the water heater is/was inadequate. The shower started warm (not hot) but quickly turned cool. Other than that, it was very nice accommodations.

Nice design, but as other guests have mentioned, hot water not consistent, air conditioning not working. Also not impressed with cleanliness- some trash and bugs inside unit, more trash and half smoked stogie in courtyard. Hot tub is nice but fairly open to entrance/parking lot/street. Lil bit of TLC would go a long way. Didn't appreciate blunt, all caps communications mentioning police and fines and what not to do. Yes, Fredericksburg gets a lot of “riff raff” these days, but that's not us, just didn't feel very special

We really enjoyed the cozy cabin feel this place provides. Although we were just blocks from downtown it felt like we were staying in a country cabin. The fireplace and hot tub made our stay even more chill. Plus the location was great and we could walk to everything. Would definitely stay there again!

We love staying at the Patio Sisters. We have stayed here multiple times. We were a little annoyed about getting locked out that Friday night and having to deal with the pain of it since the 24/7 line would not answer a phone call that night. No where did it mention to text. Feel like a credit or some sort of inconvenience reward should have been given.

Absolutely loved the location and style of Lily of Patio Sisters. Bed was absolutely perfect and the room felt cozy and romantic! We will definitely be back!

Hot tub temp control didnt work; property manager was no help. Ceiling fan speed not manageable. Poor a/c. No Wi-Fi service. Can’t make a good rec to anyone. Too bad, because it is a beautiful place.
