Patio, Grill & Yard: Pet-Friendly Lake Havasu Gem

We absolutely loved the home! The decor and the quality of the furniture was impressive.Not only was it extremely comfortable, but there was very interesting artifacts all through the home. It was very dusty and windy during our stay so it created a little bit of a mess in the backyard.Other than that, it had everything you need and more For a very comfortable stay!

The house was exactly as described and very enjoyable for our family so I am leaving 5-star review despite a couple hiccups (see below). The home is right by downtown and the beach, and beautifully decorated/welcoming. We definitely enjoyed staying here and would consider so again in the future.The check-in instructions received stated a code would be sent the afternoon of check-in (I did not think to follow-up on not having received the code as we were driving in through the afternoon/evening). Once we arrived, several calls/texts to the local contact provided were not answered and I had to call Evolve customer service and have them call the homeowner to get access to the home.This home is a duplex (I am not sure if the other half is also a VRBO listing) and there was a dog outside all day-and-night every day on the other side. Every time any of us went outside it barked loud and often, and our dog is small enough to slip through holes in the adjoining fence so we had to escort him every time he was allowed in the backyard.Despite these issues it is a lovely home and I would recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved this home. The inside is authentic southwest style and very comfortable. We would 100% stay in this home again and recommend it to friends and family.

The property at 2116 Injo Drive was beautiful! The home was decorated like a picture directly out of Better Homes and Gardens. It was so beautiful! We enjoyed spending time on the back patio. Plenty of space. The home was very clean and so comfortable. Would definitely stay there again if we were to come this way again. The home was also centrally located to many attractions!

House was beautiful! Walked a lot of places with it being a couple blocks from downtown and from a grocery store. Only complaint was there was an excessive barking dog outside coming from the other unit so our time on the patio (which was a great space to enjoy!) was limited and there were a few restless nights. All in all it was a great house to stay in and would consider staying again, but would probably reach out before booking again regarding the neighboring dog.

This is a very nice rental and walking distance to downtown establishments.

This is our second time staying at this home. It is a beautiful place, lots of room and close to businesses on McCullough which we enjoy patronizing.

We met my son and his wife here since they would not be able to get enough leave to come home. The house was amazing. It was welcoming and comfortable. It was outfitted with everything I could need. To be honest, I didn't want to leave.

House was super welcoming and homey. Had all the little things that make it cozy. Communication was great, will definitely be back!

Very well stocked and beautifully decorated - we were quite pleased!! Enjoyed water activities at Lake Havasu and delicious meals at a local restaurant. We would highly recommend this property!
