On the ground floor overlooking a quiet interior courtyard, it is equipped with air conditioning for optimal comfort even in summer.

Perfect for a couple, a business trip, or a short city stay, it combines practicality, modern amenities, and a strategic location near the train station.


The apartment
From the entrance, a beautiful main room brings together a fully equipped kitchen with a table for 2, a comfortable sofa, a HD TV, as well as a separate bedroom with double bed 140x190 and storage closet.

You will also enjoy a modern bathroom with shower and washing machine, for maximum convenience.

Some welcome products at your disposal
We provide basic supplies (a few coffee and tea pods, rice, pasta, spices, etc.) and access to a fully equipped kitchen (induction hobs, Nespresso, microwave...). Sheets and towels are included.

Free fiber WiFi available.

You will find in the apartment a guide with all the necessary info for an excellent stay (WiFi code, notices, recommended restaurants...).


Access & autonomy
Check-in is 100% autonomous from 3 PM via a smart lock. Checkout is scheduled until 11 AM maximum.

As mentioned in the listing, parties and any noisy events (loud music, etc.) that could disturb our neighbors are prohibited within our apartment.
Smoking is also prohibited inside the apartment.

Any violation of these rules during the stay will result in a financial penalty. Thank you for your vigilance :)

As for parking, the neighbourhood offers paid on-street parking nearby, subject to availability.
