Stayed Aug 7, 2016The apartment not as clean as the pictures show, not at all. Water heater worked sometimes, with kids it was a problem. Glad it was hot outside so we could use colder water for shower. Location is not bad, plenty of grocery stores around and subway station around a block.

Stayed Jul 22, 2016As advertised, the apartment was 'cozy'. The second bedroom, with bunkbeds, was more like a walk in closet. The lack of working light fixtures over the kitchen area made kitchen work less than ideal. The available hot water forced us into taking 'boat showers', where one gets wet, turns off the water, soaps up, and then turns the water back on to rinse off. The clothes washer is in need of replacement. The first wash we did caused permanent and unwanted changes to some of our garments. We were happy to have earplugs due to the street noise that sometimes went late into the night. On a positive note, the apartment is close to grocery stores, the Poble Sec Metro station and good restaurants. Unfortunately, the nearby Sant Antoni market was undergoing restoration, so we missed out on that. The person who met us to let us in was very accommodating, showing us the features of the apartment, describing local amenities and answering our questions.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Location is very convenient, close to 2 metro stations Supermarket is just around the corner. The house resembles traditional flats of the beginning of the previous century, what is in turn very charming. Some light bulbs were not working, I guess it was done on purpose to bring more atmosphere of the last century. Cafe, and attractions are all around! Very price effective. Highly recommended :)

Stayed May 3, 2016The apartment was as advertised. The main issue that we had was that we used Hoppa to get from the airport. They will only drop off and pick up from a hotel. This has never caused us a problem before but the rental company gave us the name and address of a non-existant hotel. This caused us a delay in arriving and big problems when leaving at the end of our stay. Apart from that, the ApartEasy staff were extremly helpful and efficient. The apartment is very close to the Poble Sec metro station and also well placed for busses to the most popular parts of the city. The D20 bus was especially useful, although usually quite full. Try the little 120 bus from the other side of the crossroads from the apartment, which takes you to less visited areas on the way to the sea front. We enjoyed the local restaurants and bars, especially The Juice House and Crum. The apartment was clean and, although there were a few maintenance problems when we arrived, these were sorted out the next morning, following a phone call to ApartEasy.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The Apartment was clean and nice, we had everything in the apartment you need during 4 nights. The 40 Euros for the late night check-in at midnight are overpriced but thats the only thing we can criticese. The staf was very helpful, Rosana gave us useful tips when we arrived at the Apartment. At the last day, we could leave our lugage at the ofice of the agency which was quite helpful. The neighborhood around the Apartment is really good, Montjuic, Old Town and Beach in Walking distance.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We arrived at midnight, but it was no Problem because of friendly Rosana who waited for us and gave us several useful tips for our stay in Barcelona. However, 40 Euros extra for a late check-in seems a Little bit too much. The apartment is clean, has everything you Need for a couple of days and we slept well in really comfortable beds. There is a street next to the Apartment but with closed windows, it is not noisy. The whole house with its residents is very silent and People are friendly. The neighorhood around the Apartment is quite interesting and in Walking distance to the old town, Montjuic and the beach. On our last day, we could leave our lugage in the office of the agency, very helpful staff!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Me and my family (4 in total) stay 3 nights in this apartment and we are very happy. The apartment was as advertised, even it looks a bit bigger. Positive: Extra toilet was very useful for us. Many bars, tapas-restaurants and groceries in the area. Negative: the second bedroom is a bit small. It is ok for 2 childs but not for 2 adults probably. All in all, very happy. We would stay here again!
