Property was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Market across the street. Metro a short walk away. Property was as advertised and the owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive to all questions. Good value.

We stayed here with our three kids for a couple of nights. It was a great home base for us to explore the city. Valentina is highly responsive and helpful. The place is close to metro stations and supermarkets, and the neighborhood is relatively quiet (compared to other parts of Barcelona).

We were not able to enjoy this apartment fully as we only stayed for two nights. The apartment is very comfortable for up to 5-6 people (we were only 3). All the rooms are small to US standards, and that is what you can expect in many capitals or large cities in the world. It is located in a quiet neighborhood (that is what we wanted), with a supermarket next door. Restaurants, bakeries, and other stores walking distance. Three blocks from the subway, 15' walk to La Sagrada Familia. Valentina stayed in touch with us before our arrival and met us at the front door. She walked us to the apartment and showed how everything worked, specially the washing machine. You can hang your washed clothes outside the balcony and feel like a Spaniard! Everyone does it. If you are planning to drive to Barcelona, be aware of the high prices of parking on the street and the color codes of the parking. Valentina has a parking spot in a garage a block away for only €10 per night. Better to park your car there during your stay and take the subway everywhere. Over all our stay was very pleasant, Valentina was a sweethheart, and I would recommend her apartment for the price/value. Will certainly rent it again if we go back to Barcelona.

Perfect flat in Barcelona to stay and go and explore. Comfy and roomy when you’re there with all the amenities you need and walking distance to the city centre and metro stops near-by to go anywhere. Had a great time!

The apartment was very comfortable and large. Master bedroom is comfy and it was great to have a tiny balcony for fresh air. The other two rooms are smaller but they are comfortable. Ideal for a family. Location is about 20 minutes in metro from main attractions, but there are two metro stops nearby. We were glad to be away from noisy downtown area. There is a supermarket next door, the kitchen has all you need. There is laundry machine in kitchen, no dryer. We loved our stay and Valentina was very helpful and responds almost immediately to your texts messages which is fabulous. We recommend this property!

Air conditioning only in dining area, so the two rooms by the entrance do not get any AC, only 3 main chairs on dining room. A few random chairs extra. ( one was kinda broke) very plain apartment, walls are white but a bit dirty specially by bed head rests. The host and cleaning crew were very nice.

Although no one ever came to meet us, we figured it out on our own. We did have a nice lady who happened to be walking by help us get into the apartment as the instructions as to which apartment it was was not very clear especially when you have jet lag. The bedrooms were a good size and the kitchen was adequate but it could use a better sofa as that is squished next to the dinning table. We loved being away from the tourist area and even attended a local festival where we were warmly greeted because we didn’t find the rest of spain to be so friendly.
