Parker's Speakeasy

Parker's Speakeasy was very cosy. It had all amenities we were looking for and is within walking distance to everything that we needed (grocery store, restaurants, etc.). I would suggest a second mirror! We would definitely come back here for another stay in St. Pete's!

It was a great location for me due to local friends nearby. The parking was slightly tight but I also drive a large Ford F150 pickup.

It was very private and the place stayed cool even when it was HOT lol. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again ?

Extremely welcoming and helpful owner and manager made my check in after a long, exhausting day started my vacation on just the right note. I was a little concerned about having to park in the alley to get to the rental but the owner has installed many security lights and the digital code to the locks was easy to remember and worked without a hitch. I was also pleasantly surprised to find many supplies in the kitchen, lots of lighting throughout the apartment and plenty of towels. Probably the most comfortable accommodation I've ever had in Florida due to the twin room a/c units and ceiling fans. I would definitely recommend this rental to a solo traveler or a couple. If you have an issue with carrying luggage upstairs, this might not be the best fit for you, but otherwise I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Dennis & Lulu!

Host very responsive, and accessing property easy. Neighborhood not the most walkable and a little sketchy, I guess, with some loud neighbors (and one in particular who drunkenly “greeted” us in the alley as we pulled up to the apartment. All fine if I’m alone but was disconcerting with my kids in tow. Place doesn’t sleep 3. Bed was barely big enough for my two teens and the pullout was not comfortable at all (I didn’t sleep). Again, most of this is a non-issue if I’m traveling alone—would recommend as a great value for solo travelers.

Our stay was 6 nights. The apartment had everything we needed. The location is central to everything you'll want. Close to downtown, The Pier, restaurants and highways. It's an older building so it's solid and quiet. I would prefer more updated furnishings and linens. Overall it was a great place for our needs.

Perfect spot for quick access to downtown St. Pete. Owners are super responsive. Enjoyed our stay!

Great location - 5 to 10 minutes from Downtown St. Pete and lots of restaurants. Apartment is clean. Always appreciate when basic supplies are included - shampoo, bodywash, handsoap, dish detergent.

Nice old style apartment, close to downtown St Pete. Dennis was reappy cool and made accommodations as I requested. Overall, nice neighborhood, real cool host, and nice and very spacious apartment for the price. Definitely looking to stay here again when in Saint Pete. (They also have a very big patio!)
