Enjoy the convenience of ski-in ski-out with all the amenities you need within walking or free public transportation. This is a Studio apartment located at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. The complex is called The Lodge at the Mountain Village. Fabulous ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes at Park City Mountain Resort, as well as year-round access to a heated indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center.

Walk to nearby restaurants, coffee shops, the ice rink next door, and bars. You also have free public transportation that will get you around town very easily. Rental shops next door. For the guest who wants to spend time skiing and not waste time getting to the resort and those hassles, this location can't be beaten. Literally, you can stop in for lunch at your own condo as easily as the lodge; this is truly on the mountain.

INFO:
This is a very small studio apartment. It's only approximately 355 sq ft. Please see photos, floorplan, and tour to make sure it fits your needs. Note when beds are down, you don't have much room this is why it has a Murphy bed you can push up out of your way during the day.

Features:
Full bath with tub
Built-in drawers and closet
Kitchen with cooking supplies
Coffee Machine (please supply your own coffee)
Pull down Murphy Bed
Pull out twin sofa sleeper
TV, DVD, cable, and other streaming services you can log into your accounts to use.
Gas Fireplace (not guaranteed to be working, it's fickle)
Private Deck with some mountain views.
Access to the Gym, Pool, and Hottubs.
Laundry and Ice Machines are down the hall

Park Pass During the Winter:
If you require a parking pass during your winter stay (when the ski resort is open) we can get you an underground parking pass for $100/night. We strongly encourage you to get a shuttle or rideshare to Park City. When getting around Park City rideshares are abundant as well as public transportation. Guests have found it is both cheaper and more convenient to rideshare and take public transportation vs dealing with the headaches and cost of parking, rental fees, and driving in winter conditions.

Summer Parking:
When the ski lifts stop spinning you get one free included underground parking pass included with the rental. ONLY WHEN SKI RESORT is closed. During the winter you have an additional cost of $100/night if you need a parking pass.

Summer:
You are directly on some of the best mountain biking trail systems in the world. Spring, Summer and Fall are some of the best times to enjoy Park City.

Check-in is * 4 pm* and check-out * 10 am* times are rigid to allow for cleaners to thoroughly clean before the next guest arrives. You will be given a door code that will work during your stay, specifically for you. It will not work until 4 pm on the day of check-in, and it will time out at 10AM on checkout.

Building Rules:
No loud music that would disturb other guests. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
No storage of anything in the hallways is allowed. It is mandatory that guests properly dispose of their trash in the dumpster areas or in the trash chutes. There are two garbage dumpster areas; at the entrance to the A building P-1 parking garage, and behind the Arrival/Departure lounge in B building. No trash from owners, guests, or housekeepers may be left in the hallways. All trash must be disposed of in the dumpsters or the trash chutes located by the elevators in B Building. Violators will be charged $500.00 to remove the trash.

This condo is in a prime location if you ski, and the host was very responsive. Great for 2 people, a little cramped for more than that. Note you will need to return the parking pass at 11AM on checkout date so plan to move your car if you ski on your last day!

Great little cozy place to stay in Park City Mountain area. Just a short 2 minute trek to Payday or Crescent Lifts in the morning and it was super easy to come back for lunch. Loved the hot tub just down the hall, and the convenience of being in a very central location. The kitchen was perfect for a few nights and saved us a lot of money on dining out. Host was very responsive. If we ever came back to Park City, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Small studio with short walk to lifts. Old town Main Street is less than a mile walk.

Property was great and the location was wonderful. There was a little noise from the group on the floor above us, but it was OK. The Murphy bed was comfortable, and the unit was clean. My only complaint was the unit needed more storage for clothes.

Loved the location…. Cannot be beat! Host was a wonderful communicator on the 2 small items we reached out on. We just weren’t able to get any rest from the noisy neighbors above us. We could hear everything even though we both wore ear plugs. Lovely property other than that. Thank you

We come to Park City every January for a week of skiing. We have stayed in this unit before and love it. Small but perfect for us. Ski in/ski out is key. Love this place and will be back!

First of all, the location can’t be beat. That was the main thing we wanted from our accommodations. It was just a minute’s walk to the lifts. It was easier to go eat lunch and go to the bathroom at our room than anywhere else! It was close to ski rental shops. The second thing we wanted was somewhere simple and reasonably peaceful. The enjoyability of your stay heavily relies on who is staying above you. We did NOT have good neighbors, and we were woken up before 6 AM every morning we were there to sounds of running, tables being dragged around, things dropping, etc. The building has hardly any insulation and it’s popular for young families. Even if we had great upstairs neighbors, we still would have heard them. The apartment itself was cute and clean. Check-in was easy! The bed was very comfortable. The shower pressure was great! Shower was hot. Kitchen had everything you needed to make a meal. The TV was a smart TV, so we could watch our shows and movies. Communication with host started strong and fell off. We texted immediately after we checked in when the air conditioner didn’t work. He was willing to come check it out, but we didn’t want to mess with it on vacation and just left the sliding door cracked the whole time we were there. We sent a two more messages. We never heard back about one and heard back about the other 14 hours later. Overall, didn’t really impact our trip too much but desired when you’re paying an arm and a leg.

Within a few feet of the Crescent and Payday lifts. Super easy ski in/ski out. Pictures are accurate, small condo, but worked well for 3 adults.
