Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a lovely stay at this apartment (2 adults & 2 children). The owner was very friendly and offered a clean and welcoming environment. The apartment offers lovely light throughout the day - views of Sacre Coeur can be seen from the rear - and enough space for our small family. We highly recommend this charming spot!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The flat is very confortable for a couple with two children. The area is quiet but everything you may need is close (supermarkets, metro station, taxi station, park). Pierre is very nice and friendly, we spent a very pleasant stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We was (2 adult and 2 children) in Pierre’s flat from 4 to 11 july 09. The flat is how describe in website, was really spacious and clean on arrival., Is very confortable, the beds are ok, accessories complete. Metro is near and the area is very quiet in day and night. Perfect for our family! Pierre was very friendly, disponible and helpful (also during the reservation operations) without being intrusive and he provided for alls informations about the local area (restaurant, market, ecc).

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The owner was very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The flat was lovely, light, clean, comfortable and quiet. It's a very pretty residential area and it's very near the Parc des Buttes Chaumont and the Parc de la Villette.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The flat was really spacious and clean on arrival. It really was a shor walk to the Supermarket, Large Weekend Market and two beautiful parks. The tube was our main transport and that became easie to navigate around on too. Mr Ramel was indeed most helpful with advice about the local area. We would use the flat again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969this flat is very comfortable. I was four days and i feel who in my home. the flat is near of two metro stopped and a few far away other metro with more best situation. Is a big flat with every things for a long period. The owner, Pierre, is always live down and he is for you need it but without disturb. He is a good person and we are very happy whit him. I don´t must recommended this flat because when i will go the next time to Paris the flat can to be book up. Thank you for this days Pierre. Best regards.
