- Self Check-in : 48 hours before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment as well as a video to guide you through your check-in.

- On arrival ONLY you will need to use the stairs to get the lift fob inside the flat, you will then have access to the lift for your entire stay (one guest could pick up the lift fob then use the lift down so that other guests can go up by lift with their luggage)

The Parc Monceau area in the 8th arrondissement is a quiet, safe and central neighborhood . It’s known for its elegant Haussmann buildings and the park itself, which is great for a walk or a break from the city.

Around the park, you’ll find cafés, small shops, and museums like the Musée Nissim de Camondo. It’s a good base if you want a calmer place to stay while still being well connected by metro and bus.

- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music

- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building

- Registered guests only. The person named on the booking will have to provide their ID (through guest app)

- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only
