Stayed Jul 16, 2022Great view of ocean and intercostal waterway. Spacious and comfortable. Great location close to Sunglow Pier. It would have been nice to have a dustpan with the broom. Also some towels were just thrown under the bathroom cabinet and we didn’t know if they were clean or dirty so we assumed dirty. The igniter on one of the grills didn’t work. If you have 2 cars, parking can be a hassle. Overall this is a nice condo and we would consider renting here again.

Stayed Jun 25, 2022Our family of 5 just returned from our stay; we knew on day 1 that we wanted to book again next year! Check in was seamless. The unit was spacious and cozy with amazing views of the river & ocean, simultaneously..breathtaking! The property is well maintained and within close proximity of necessities, activities & dining-without the crowds. We all had the most relaxing week and can't wait to return!

Stayed Mar 13, 2021This condo is on the side of the building but because it’s above other buildings it has a great view of the ocean and the inter coastal and you can listen to the waves. The inside is very large with big bedrooms and closets. It seems new and was very clean and well decorated. The building is very clean and well maintained and it’s a great location on the beach. I loved having a reserved parking spot in the garage but parking in front was not crowded for additional cars. Daytona has a lot to do and the beach is very wide and wasn’t crowded. Overall we loved it.
