This condo is perfect for any family looking to get away to the world's most famous beach! Located on the 10th floor, north side of the building, with over 1700 sq ft of living space and panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal waterway! Three bedroom two bath with all the comforts of home. Enjoy summer fireworks from your balcony starting Memorial Day to Labor Day. All rooms have smart TVs. Luxury linens are provided.
Roomy Primary Suite has King size bed, Jacuzzi tub , Large walk in closet, walk in shower, his and hers double vanity, and balcony access with ocean and river views.
Second bedroom has Queen size bed and third bedroom has 1 queen size bed and 1 Twin. Guest bedrooms share large guest full bath with shower and tub.
Both guest bedrooms have flat screen televisions, walk in closets, and views of the intracoastal waterway!

The Sanibel building sits on the border of the traffic free beach so with just a few steps you can avoid any cars driving by while you are playing in the sun.

Take a stroll down the beach to Sunglow Fishing Pier and Crabby Joes Restaurant for cocktails over the ocean and Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner,
or visit one of the many waterfront restaurants nearby. Just a 5 minute drive to the Historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, and a one hour drive to Historic St. Augustine, Cape Canaveral, and all major theme parks.

Building amenities include sparkling oceanfront pool, oceanfront hot tub,
gym, club room with pool table, and community grill.

Secured entrance to the building as well as secured underground parking for one car per unit. Upper open parking deck is first come first served. 2 Car Max per unit

Sanibel is a one week minimum rental building with Sat to Sat bookings only please in the months of June and July! Booking will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking date or next business day by the owner's property management company.

    Great view of ocean and intercostal waterway. Spacious and comfortable. Great location close to Sunglow Pier. It would have been nice to have a dustpan with the broom. Also some towels were just thrown under the bathroom cabinet and we didn’t know if they were clean or dirty so we assumed dirty. The igniter on one of the grills didn’t work. If you have 2 cars, parking can be a hassle. Overall this is a nice condo and we would consider renting here again.

    Our family of 5 just returned from our stay; we knew on day 1 that we wanted to book again next year! Check in was seamless. The unit was spacious and cozy with amazing views of the river & ocean, simultaneously..breathtaking! The property is well maintained and within close proximity of necessities, activities & dining-without the crowds. We all had the most relaxing week and can't wait to return!

    This condo is on the side of the building but because it’s above other buildings it has a great view of the ocean and the inter coastal and you can listen to the waves. The inside is very large with big bedrooms and closets. It seems new and was very clean and well decorated. The building is very clean and well maintained and it’s a great location on the beach. I loved having a reserved parking spot in the garage but parking in front was not crowded for additional cars. Daytona has a lot to do and the beach is very wide and wasn’t crowded. Overall we loved it.
