Stayed Sep 1, 2023I booked this location for the night before my wedding because of the amazing views of the bay. The room was very clean and the check in process was smooth. The only concern that we had was, the room says that is sleeps 4 people and the coach was supposed to be a futon situation but didn't let out. So, it really only slept 3 people. Other than that, I would definitely boom again. 3

Stayed Apr 5, 2023My fiance and I just stayed here a couple of nights for our wedding.apartment itself was very nice, just as seen in the photos. great views and spacious unit. The challenge-the check in process,contact with property management and lack of hospitality by the front desk staff.We never received info prior to check in like we were told until we inquired and we finally received.Check in was not until 4pm,while we arrived a bit earlier we were told we could not park in the garage and we'd have to pay for parking elsewhere as we were not technically guests yet.When we finally received the text message that our room was available we didn't get the code to the unit right away so we couldn't get into our room.We played phone tag with management office until we were able to get into our room.Prior to checking in we were told that we would need to meet with property manager upon check in to make final payment. Upon check in we were told property manager was not available and I'd need to make myself available the following day - my wedding day!I told them I wouldn't be able to do it the next day - it was as if I was being an inconvenience,it was only after I made it clear that I would not be available on my wedding day that they agreed to come that same day to collect payment. While unit itself was nice, the overall experience left alot to be desired.There are plenty of other places in the area that would be better options to consider.

Stayed Mar 2, 2023Absolutely LOVE the view & extra large wraparound balcony❣️ The decore was very attractive & exactly as depicted in the online photos. Ice trays, more towels, & fresh flowers would have been appreciated, especially for the pricey SPRING RATE! Summer rates are much more affordable.

Stayed Aug 12, 2022Beautiful view as well natural lighting all day long and very clean and it’s located in the middle of coconut Grove plenty of restaurants and bars around with in walking distance and it’s near the bay which your able to do jet skis and parasailing etc. you will love it when you stay here .

Stayed Jul 7, 2022This property overlooks a beautiful view of the water, enjoyed drinking coffee and watching the boats in the am. Close walking distance to cocowalk and restaurants, shops. Restaurant on property was closed unfortunately, would be nice once open and available to residents.
