Stayed Oct 13, 2024I booked this place next to the Miami convention center and when I arrived at midnight I saw that I wasn’t given checkin instructions yet. I tried calling and the guy said he could only text and said he had double booked the place. He offered another property 5 minutes away. I was not given a reduction of price for the inconvenience. He mentioned it was an upgrade because it had an extra bedroom. Someone staying without any other guests doesn’t care about an extra empty bedroom. I had to pay extra for my Ubers and the same high price as the room I booked next to the convention. I realized mistakes are made but he could have at least offered a discount on the nightly rate or to cover the added uber rates. I didnt arrive to the other place until 1 am and the convention started at 8 the next morning. I’m sticking with hotels from now on.

Stayed Nov 18, 2021This spot was everything I could ask for, small comfortable & cozy studio. Very nice inside, me & my girlfriend loved it. It’s walking distance from the strip of Miami Beach. The location was perfect, the Fillmore is literally down the block. It was perfect for the concert we attended. For the most part everything was walking distance. The host was very attentive & welcoming. Answered all my questions fast. Thank you for that. I really enjoyed my stay made my vacation that more special for us. I most definitely recommend to stay here if your going to visit Miami Beach. Real dope spot & location.

Stayed Apr 29, 2021The property was conveniently located, across the street from the convention center. The place was very nice. It even had beach towels. The property owner was always available, and extremley friendly. I would definitely choose this place again. My gratitude to Eytan.

Stayed Jan 10, 2020Ygal was very helpful. any time you texted him and wanted to know something he responded right away. it is very clean and a great location . 5 min walk to Lincoln Rd with lots of great restaurants and shopping... A quick note ..if you have a car and are parking on site ( very convenient) don't forget parking pass .It is on the wall on the right hand wall as you come into the apartment ..VERY IMPORTANT ...I din't notice it and i got towed .. I would DEFINETLY
