Have a wonderful stay in a high-quality holiday Studio equipped with all conveniences. The apartment has a smart and cozy layout optimized for enjoying the sea while having a meal ; a well-equipped and comfortable living area for relaxation; a modern kitchen and a dining area with large table and enjoys a sea view. The apartment has a lovely bathroom, two comfortable single beds and air conditioning.

In the heart of the town of Marbella, this southeast-facing quiet apartment is ideallylocated on the 4th floor with a lift and elevator: right on the paseo maritimo (the promenade), and to the beach of Fontanilla with its bars, restaurants, supermarket and gym all close by. There is no need for a car as all conveniences can be reached on foot and public transport is close by.

Everything is in place for an enjoyable stay in a tastefully decorated and well-appointed space: a nice windowed balcony that opens onto the sea and the mountains, dining table and chairs and a relaxing sofa. There is a flat screen TV and fast speed fiber optic WIFI is included.

The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.
