The location of this property in downtown makes this a real gem if you are taking part in the night life and you are within a stone's throw of a bunch of great bars and restaurants. The property itself is nicely appointed with lots of charm.

Apartment was clean and comfortable. Location was everything! Had a great time and the Christmas parade was the best!

Event space next door. Wedding reception lasted until 2:30am

We had a great time. The home is beautiful super clean and most importantly we felt safe. The washer and dryer is a big plus. There is a nice balcony that you can also enjoy. Highly recommend 5 *** Star

We stayed here for the second half of our 25th anniversary trip and were able to explore everything around Palafox. What a great area!!We will be back.

The condo is a great historic spot in the heart of Pensacola. Lots of clean space. I think the only thing ro be aware of is loud weekend music. But, it was a really nice place and fun to be downtown.

So many restaurants and shopping locations at your doorstep. The home is beautiful. The balcony is inviting. We will definitely return in the future, if time allows.

Great place to stay to really enjoy what pensacola has to offer in the heart of downtown. Only reason for 4 stars is we decided to leave a day early because the neighbor made my wife feel very uncomfortable our final day. Came to our balcony window and questtioning who was with us

This is a fantastic spot and the place was great. The were two things I would say aren’t “ideal”. First is that the TV is so small that it really isn’t worth watching, which isn’t a huge deal because we were there to get out in the downtown area anyways. Second, and MORE IMPORTANTLY, it isn’t right to call this a “3 bedroom”. There was a bedroom that was photographed from 2 different angles and with different items in the picture which seemed to show two different bedrooms. In reality, it was one. This is really a 1 bedroom, 1 loft, and 1 couch bed listing. 2 bedrooms is fair - but to call it 3 bedrooms and have pictures showing the one bedroom with 2 different setups was a little disingenuous in my opinion. Beautiful property though.

Beautiful place with a great location. We’re locals celebrating my wife’s birthday and the location couldn’t get much better. The place had everything we needed. The kitchen sponge could have been newer and we flame across a pair of socks in a weird place. We loved all the historic touches. If I was to book it again I would only plan for my wife and I. There was plenty of space for us (6) but just would have been better just the two of us. The balcony is great if you like people watching. Having some shade out there would have made it even better. Still overall a great stay.

Great location, everything was as expected

This is a wonderful sanctuary stay in downtown Pensacola. My husband & I have stayed twice in this VRBO and highly recommend it. It's a spacious apartment on the second floor next to the Saenger Theatre on Palafox. The kitchen is well appointed, very nice bathroom, and you can relax on the veranda overlooking Palafox Street. For those staying longer there is a clothes washer and dryer. Instructions and communication were easy.

Came for work. Close to my work. Very happy when I stay here. Safe, clean comfortable. Lots of wood so take care not to scratch the stairs with your luggage. No dragging must be strong and carry up steps

A very nice place located in the middle of downtown Pensacola. Everything within walking distance! Devan, the owner, was very responsive and helpful as well.

We had a wonderful stay at this downtown apartment for our anniversary. The Palafox Perfection was beautiful, clean, and quiet. It was perfect for just the two of us, however, if in the future we brought our friends they would have beds of their own. We especially enjoyed being on the patio and looking down onto Palafox Street at night. We had a great time people watching and hearing the street life while being able to converse. We loved the apartment and are definitely thinking of staying again in the future.

This is the second year in a row we have rented from this property. Great location and great communication with the property manager, will come back again

We enjoyed the loft and balcony especially for the Fiesta parade. The loft is comfortable and inviting and we always feel at home when we stay here.
