Stayed Nov 7, 2025A steep stairway was the only access to it. The only door to it and that was through an alley. Which made you concerned about entering after dark.The furniture needs to be updated, it was old. The ice maker and coffee pot were broken. It was in a good downtown location but it was overpriced for the quality of the unit.

Stayed Oct 30, 2024I’ve stayed here four times because it is in the heart of downtown Pensacola and is a beautiful loft. It has a well equipped kitchen, a very comfortable bed, a balcony over looking all the fun, washer and dryer, a great shower and it’s VERY secure. If you are physically challenged please note that the stairway up to the front door has several steps but has a secure railing to help you. The owners reply within minutes with answers to any questions. It’s the best!

Stayed Aug 15, 2024The loft was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed. There is a long staircase to reach the unit so it would be better for younger bodies. It was rough on our 70+ year old selves. If it had an elevator it would be perfect.

Stayed Jul 29, 2024This place was just so great. My wife and I love to find unique places to stay in Pensacola. With its’ eye on history and its’ totally updated conveniences, this venerable loft is perfectly located, and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the best city on the Gulf Coast. Our host Devan was quite kind and friendly throughout. I can’t say enough good things about this loft! We’re coming back.

It is a beautiful apartment in a vibrant historic downtown neighborhood that was perfect for our stay: beautifully designed, decorated and comfortable space, a balcony, spacious open kitchen with all the essentials, super comforable bed and pillows, dressing room off the bathroom- we could go on and on. Deborah and Devan responded quickly to our needs and made us feel at home.Thank you both. The apartment is a special place - and we will stay there again.

Stayed Jul 3, 2024Downtown life. Music, balcony, walking to bars, restaurants, boutiques, coffee, donuts, ice cream, market on Saturday. Everything u could think of is all right there. The beach is just a short drive across the bridges. This is a wonderful location!! I will be back ?
