Sebring, Florida
Enjoy a centrally located stay in the historic Zachary building. Built in 1914, this is one of the original buildings on the circle. The recent updates to this brick building encourage you to sink in and relax during your stay. I want you to be totally comfortable during your stay. The textiles in the bedroom are comfy and the colors throughout the apartment are a mixture of cool and warm. If you are looking to enjoy the best of the Sebring Circle, including the many seasonal events and local bars and restaurants, then those are just downstairs. The bedroom has a super comfortable queen bed and the living room features a couch which converts to a bed. Large kitchen with the basic necessities and a large 72-inch TV. Free parking.
Nearby highlights include: Mon Cirque Wine Bar which hosts regular burlesque shows, soirees, Sebring's annual Pride Fest, and you may even catch a tarot reading there on Friday nights. Local favorite spots to eat will be Organically Local by Mort and Edna, Faded Bar & Bistro, the Backyard at Faded, and the Vault. Other notable areas in town are Highlands Lakeside Theatre, the Children's Museum of Highlands County, the Sebring Raceway, Florida's first state park which is Highlands Hammock, fishing, golf, local art galleries, the Alan Jay Wildstein Center for the Performing Arts to name a few.
The apartment was clean and nice, but the outside was dirty and alot of trash, etc. around the property. Lights above the bathroom sink would be very helpful. Nice having a laundry facility available even though we didn't use it.
Floors very dirty, bed was very soft, no support, my wife could not even get to sleep in the bed v
Nice, quiet and close to everything in the local area
The unit had been double booked-a couple was already staying there.
Perfect set up for father-son trip. Location was excellent. Will definitely choose this place as a yearly event. Thanks for everything being just what we hoped for. (Would make one small suggestion...it would be great to have some type of light blocking curtains or blinds in the room with the futon, as the outdoor city lights made falling asleep a bit of a challenge.) But still very pleased and appreciative of the entire stay.
Came down to help my mom with house work and this was perfect location to walk back and forth and be close to everything!! Thank u Audrey the place was beautiful and perfect to exactly what we needed lived in sebring back and forth since 5 years old and this will definitely be a spot i will use frequently!

Audrey was a delightful host! Thoughtful, friendly and such a clean place to stay! The beds were very comfortable, with the softest sheets and VERY well set up kitchen. Lots of seating for friends and nice touches like coffee, tea and hot chocolate available. Games and puzzles were fun! We had some friends come unexpectedly, and the pull out sofa and chair were very comfortable & user friendly. We HIGHLY recommend Audrey-we won't stay anywhere else now, when we are in Sebring!
The apartment was perfect for me and my family to stay for a few days while visiting family. I appreciated the privacy of the unit as well as the location. The bed was beyond comfortable and soft. Audrey was a friendly host who was available when I needed her. I had all of the amenities that me and my two kids needed. Very comfortable stay and a great value for our money.
