We loved the location… unfortunately the sofa bed was old and uncomfortable even as a sofa it sunk down! also the tv remote in the bedroom didn’t work!

It was close to the square and that was nice. The bottom plugs on all of the outlets did not work. The tile in the kitchen floor was chipped and had some hazardous spots. The furniture in the living room was outdated.

Perfect for what we needed. Location was great. It’s an older property but good for the price.

The Town Square Lodge is in a perfect location to walk around downtown Jackson Hole and a quick drive to the Tetons. It was reasonably priced and had the space our family needed. We would stay there again!

Overall, very pleasant stay. The location was fantastic, center of town was less than ainute walk, and could easily get to all restaurants within a 2 minute drive or 10 minutes walk. Our unit was in need of some repairs, cracked kitchen flooring, heavily used sofa, windows didn't latch properly (backside so no security issue), kitchen cabinet was nearly off a hinge, etc. minor things but easily addressed. Communication was top notch, though. Our unit had issues with the TV on the first day and they communicated very fast, especially for after hours, and addressed first thing the next morning. Would highly recommend if staying with a small group or immediate family

The communications from Outpost, the management company, is excellent. The condo is exactly as described, very neat and clean, and was near perfect for our stay. The only thing lacking was laundry facilities in the unit or within the condo complex.

Great location and overall communication. Only minor issue was the smell of the place when you enter. Not sure if it is the smell of the cleaning products. Overall a good place.

Our family of four were very pleased with the accommodations at the Outpost property in Jackson, WY. The space was clean, comfortable and better than described! All of the necessary utensils and amenities were provided and the bag of coffee and donut holes as a welcome gift were greatly appreciated. This rental is within easy walking distance of the downtown square with many restaurants and shops nearby. Even with that, the area was quiet at night which was great for a good nights sleep. The only issue we had was that we arrived earlier than our scheduled check in time and had to wait until close to that time to enter the condo. To their credit, the management kept in touch and provided us with updates on the progress of the cleaning. I highly recommend this rental!
