The Space:
This place is modernly renovated and elegant yet minimalist -Some of the furniture is brand new, some of it is hand made - but all of it is incredible and it all works together to deliver an experience that simply can't be topped..
But an apartment is more than its furnishings. For example, it's the wall to wall windows in the living and bedrooms to get you your daily allotment of Vitamin D. And the more than ample storage space so that when you arrive, you can (if you like) put your luggage away and really kick up your feet and feel right at home. You're gonna love the brand new kitchen and bathroom. Neither one is big, but both are just overflowing with awesomeness.
Long story short - you're going to feel incredible when you're here.
Guest Access:
You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the comfort and convenience it offers. Feel free to make yourself at home and unwind in the cozy living area and bedroom. Additionally, we have thoughtfully provided a small workspace for any work-related tasks you may need to tackle during your stay. Stay connected with our high-speed internet, and when it's time to relax, enjoy streaming your favorite shows and movies on Netflix and Disney+ right from the TV. So go ahead, put your feet up, stay a while, and make the most of your time in our welcoming apartment.
The Neighborhood:
Being in such a central location is magnificent. You're at the foot of the mountain, but you're only a couple minutes from Sainte Catherine street. Mile End and our famous bagels are due north and world famous St Laurent is a few minutes east. No matter your fancy, it'll be well tickled from this space.
Getting Around:
The metro station Place des Arts will be your home base at about a five minute walk from the flat. From there, the green line is all yours. If you wanna head north to the plateau, you can grab the 24 on Sherbrooke and disembark in three minutes (five if it's rush hour) at Saint Laurent and either make the leisurely stroll north, or grab the 55 if you've got a specific destination in mind. If Mile End and the bagels found therein tickles your fancy, it's just a few steps east toward Parc to grab the 80 north. And there's a Bixi stand super close to the apartment. And of course, Montreal is one of the most walkable cities in the world, so if you've got a comfy pair of kicks, you're all set!

Temperature in Montreal was cold at 2 degrees Celsius. Thermostat did not work. Owner Taner confirmed no heat in suite and told me twice he would deliver heater. He didn’t. Difficult to sleep due to cold.
Good value,older decor.
Perfect location near McGill University and close to grocery store, and restaurants along Sherbrooke. Was able to walk to Old Port and Old Montreal (although is about a 30 minute walk), and explore surrounding neighborhoods (as well as Mt. Royal). Good location to pick up uber -- never had an issue with a fast arrival. Kitchen is very small, but nice large refrigerator. Did not do much cooking -- only a few pans, so might be difficult to use for more actual cooking. Place could have been a little cleaner (kitchen and bathroom), but mostly just in the corners. Bed was comfortable. There was no heat control (couldn't turn it down/up), so got a little warm, but not unbearable. Great views from the apartment and plenty big with lots of storage and closets to hang clothes.
