This sun-drenched and spacious apartment sleeps up to six and is the only one of two in the complex with direct pool access—it is unique in this complex with the huge wraparound terrace perfect for soaking up the sun, lounging in the shade or enjoying twilight entertaining, with views of Surfers Paradise skyline.

Inside, you'll find a queen master suite with ensuite and balcony, a second bedroom with two XL king singles which can be made into a super king bed, and a multi-purpose room with a queen pull-out sofa bed that can be closed off for privacy.

The fully equipped kitchen, with Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher is open to the spacious living/dining, and two bathrooms make it ideal for families or friends.

Step outside and you're moments away from world-class surf at Snapper Rocks, safe patrolled beaches, and a vibrant local café scene. Black Dog café is just 2 mins walk on Tweed Street just behind the apartment and Little Mali just down the road – just 2 of many top cafes close by along with the Rainbow Bay Surf Club across the road a perfect spot for evening drinks and local surf club fare.

Linen
All linen including beach towels is provided and the beds in the master and second bedrooms will be made up for your arrival. The sofa bed will not be made up, however linen is provided if required.

Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 7-minute drive north of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.

    We love the coolangatta area and have stayed at other places in the past but this place tops them all and then some. The location is the number one spot, our kids surf and they simply could run over to Snapper, straight out the front door. The cafe literally is next door. The views are just stunning. You dont have to use the lift non stop which is what we loved you can just walk out your own private entrance straight to the beach. Its so unique. Still very private and secure. And just the space we had inside and the very large alfresco outside was our daily wine and nibbles time. We have travelled a lot and its hard to please all family members. This place ticked every box for everyone. Easy check in and check out, staff were lovely. Everything was just perfect. We are already looking for when we can book next.
