This spacious 3 bedroom Broadbeach apartment is made for families who want big views, a proper amount of space, and a location close to the beach, dining, shopping, and entertainment.

The open-plan living and dining area gives everyone space to relax without feeling on top of each other. Floor-to-ceiling glass and the large balcony bring in plenty of light along with sweeping ocean and skyline views.

The apartment is in Oracle Tower 1 with lift access. For a flexible arrival, keys are collected from a nearby KeyNest point, and full check-in details will be sent before your stay.

Broadbeach is one of those places where you can park the car and barely need it. The beach, cafés, restaurants, bars, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, and The Star are all within easy walking distance.



For exploring further afield, the Broadbeach South light rail station is nearby, making it easy to get around the Gold Coast without the hassle of parking. Buses and taxis are also readily available, and rideshare services like Uber are easy to access.



If you are driving, the apartment includes secure parking for 2 cars in the allocated spaces.



Other Things to Note:

Bed and bath linen and pool towels are provided, so you can pack light.



Keys are collected from a nearby KeyNest point, with full check-in details sent before arrival.



The pool and gym are shared facilities within the complex. There is a private cinema which you can book ahead at reception. The apartment also includes secure parking for 2 cars in the allocated spaces only.



Oracle is a residential building, so parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. This apartment is best suited to families and quieter groups who will respect the apartment, neighbours, and building by-laws.



If you’d like a mid-stay clean and fresh linen during your stay, please ask and I can arrange this for you. For stays of 14 nights or more, a clean and linen change is required every 14 days so the property stays fresh, comfortable and well cared for. Additional charges apply.



Before arrival, guests will need to complete Truvi guest verification, select either the $750 refundable damage deposit or $100 non-refundable damage waiver, and sign the rental agreement.



Lost keys or fobs incur a $300 replacement and call-out fee.



Interaction with Guests:

I am available if needed during your stay, but otherwise you will be able to enjoy the apartment privately.
